George Weasley ~ Sick

Hello again!

A little late but Merry Christmas, happy birthday to me (my birthday is on the 27th of December), and happy almost new year!

"I told you that you were going to get sick! All of those children running around with the flu in your silly store, someone was bound to get sick!" I yelled from the kitchen. I was preparing soup for my boyfriend who decided to stop by my flat.

"I couldn't," cough," let the store go with out the owner. My employees always mess everything up," cough, again. He was so attached to that joke shop of his that he rarely missed a day, "Help me get better, please love? I need to go in tomorrow. We have a new shipment of ingredients-"

"No," I brought a bowl of soup into the living room and set it on the table beside him.

"What do you mean, 'no'? I have to go-"

"You're not going anywhere. I'll send an owl to Ron. He's helped you run it for a while now, so he should be fine," I rolled my eyes," Besides, you'll get to spend time with me. You haven't taken any days of in the past year. I feel like I barely see you," I have him the best 'puppy' face I could.

"Fine," he crossed his arms, " only for you though."

I smiled and kissed his forehead before walking back towards the kitchen to grab medicine.

Let's just say, it was two weeks before he went back to the shop. After all, he took time off 'just for you'.
