The Sleepover

Once we all get to Usnavi's house, we all change into our pajamas, and meet up in the living room.

"Okayyy!" Daniela says, with a grin. "What shall we do?"

Carla gets a huge smile on her face and giggles, looking over at Benny and Usnavi. "I know exactly what we should do!"

"and What's that?" I ask.

"Thanks for asking, come here, Y/n!" Carla replies.

I go over to her, and she drags me towards the kitchen. "Okay, so, we are gonna paint Usnavi and Benny's nails." Carla hands me a bright pink bottle, and we head back in. I walk over to Usnavi.

"Give me your hand." I smile.

"O-okay...." He does as I say, and I get the nail polish out. He groans, and I start to paint his nails. Afterwards, Vanessa speaks up.

"We should totally play truth or dare!" I am officially scared. Why? Because Vanessa looked directly at Usnavi and me when she said that. Welp, this could either turn out amazing or  terribly.

Everyone agreed to Vanessa's idea. Since she had the idea, she got to start.

"Ok, Carla, truth or dare?" She smiled.

"hmm," She thinks for a moment, and decides "truth!"

"Ok, What would you do if you were a guy for a day?"

"Well, I'd probably just hang out with Benny, Usnavi, Sonny, and Y/n, She always hangs out with the guys so.."

Vanessa nods. "Ok, It's your turn!"

"Ok! Benny, truth or dare?" Carla smiles.

"Truth!" He glares. "I do not trust you. The last dare you gave me, you dared me to kiss a random girl literally walking with her boyfriend!"

"Ok, If you're so sure. Who do you like?"

Oh gosh, I'm the only one who knows about Benny's huge crush on Nina. She's been at college in California for almost a year now, but his feelings haven't faded at all.

I watch as Benny's face heats up. He is as red as a tomato.

"Well?" Carla asks, with a smirk.

Benny bows his head in defeat. "Fine, I'll take your dare."

"Perfect! You never admit your feelings!"

"Because I know you'll tell her!"

"Anyway, I dare you to kiss Y/n!"

He glances over at me, biting his lip nervously. "Is this ok with you?"

I nod, looking down. This would be my first kiss. Awesome. Wow! I always dreamed it would be Usnavi, but fate  had other plans I guess.

"Wait, can I dare her first?" He smiles kindly at me, he saw my face.

"Sure," Carla sighs. "You still have to do it though!"

"Yeah, yeah." He looks over at me. "Truth or dare?" I knew exactly what he'd do.

"D-dare." I stutter.

"I dare you to kiss Usnavi." I nod.

"why are you getting her to kiss Usnavi first?" Dani questions.

"Well, everyone is nervous for this dare especially, and I can stall longer!" Benny remarks. Good save.

I take a deep breath, and walk towards Usnavi. He stands up. Time seems to slow down. He places a hand on my cheek. I bite my lip, and look up into his beautiful brown eyes. He closes his eyes as he goes in for the kiss. His lips meet mine. My eyes close as I melt into the kiss, and my arms snake around his neck. His arms wrap around my waist. We pull away. Usnavi looks flustered, and takes off his hat, smooths his hair, and placed it back on. I look at my feet.

"Well, benny your turn!" Dani chuckles.

I look up at him as he walks over to me. Benny cups my face into his hands, and swiftly meets my lips. We quickly pull back, and look at each other awkwardly. Welp. That happened.

We play for another while, and eventually, we get tired and go to our rooms.

"So..." Usnavi starts.

"So," I reply.

"I can sleep on the floor."

"NO! I mean I will, it's your bed!"

"I could never make you sleep on the floor!"

"Well, I can't make you sleep on the floor either!"

"Fine," He says, taking off his hat, "Well there is only one solution."

"Which is?"

"We both sleep in my bed."

My eyes widen. I feel my face heat up.

"I know you won't want to, so I'll sleep on the floor," He said after a moment of our awkwardly standing there without words.

"Nonononnononono! It's fine! We can.... Uh Yeah!"

"Oh," He chuckles, "Finally an agreement!"

"Y-yeah!"

We both get into the bed and I feel my face heat up and I feel myself begin to shake. Yes, I do get nervous easily. Usnavi speaks up.

"Hey, are you ok tonight?" He questions.

"O-of Course! Why... Why wouldn't I be alright?" I stammer.

He places a hand on my shoulder. "Hey... you're shaking. Are you ok? Are you cold?"

Well obviously the good excuse was I was cold, so I went with it.

"Yeah, it's pretty chilly in here. Also, If I seem not ok, or am acting weird tonight, it's because I'm super tired."

I can barely see in the dark, but I see his dim figure smile and scoot closer to me.

"I'm glad you're ok. Now, come here."

"What?"

He pulls me close to him, and wraps his arms around my figure.

"Sorry, we don't have any extra blankets, I had to supply everyone else so..."

I nod, and smile into his chest. I wrap my arms around him too. I stop shaking, this should make me more nervous, but, for some reason, Usnavi holding me close just seems to calm me down. I feel my eyes become heavy, and I fall asleep for the first time, in Usnavi's arms.

~Timeskip~

"Good Morning!" I hear a booming voice call out, and then, I hear the door opening.

"Uhhhh" I groan, burying my face into Usnavi's chest, and hug him tighter.

"Oh, wow." The voice says.

I look up. "Benny?"

"Y/n. I'll leave you to it." He smiles at me and walks out of the room.

I look up at the sleeping Usnavi, and smile at his perfect features. How can someone be so amazing? I watch as his eyes flutter open.

"Morning, Y/n"

"Morning."

"How'd you sleep?" He asks, smiling widely.

"Good, and yourself?" I smile groggily back.

"Good."

"We should probably get up."

"Yeah,"

"Benny came in here earlier," I bit my lip.

"Oh, great. What did he say?" Usnavi looks a little nervous.

"He said he'd leave us to it,"

"Ughhh,"

"Agreed," I chuckle.

Usnavi and I eventually get out of bed, and little do we know; a crazy day awaits us.
