Forbidden: Chapter 14

Gia curled up against the heat source, coldness spreading throughout her body. Why was she so cold? She felt Alek's hands on her back and opened her eyes. It was barely light outside and she saw Alek was spaced out. She pressed her lips against his and he pulled her closer. They broke apart and she shivered. "I'm so cold," she said and he chuckled. "I know, you're shivering." He said and she rested her head on his chest, shutting her eyes tightly. She was sucked into a dark abyss, but knew she wasn't sleeping. She opened her eyes and she stood in a barren tundra, snow falling into her hair. She couldn't move and the cold wind pierced her skin like a knife. She saw an image of Alek, disappearing in the blink of an eye. She tried to call out to him, but he was gone.

He showed up right in front of her and he wrapped his arms around her waist. She felt like she was stuck in her own body, unable to control her movements. Alek put his hands on her hips and pressed them against his own, making a soft and seductive laugh slip past her lips. She smiled up at him and put her hand behind her back. She felt the hilt of an unfamiliar dagger in her palm and she felt the dark aura radiating off of the weapon. She wrapped her arm around his waist, slowly bringing the blade point up to his back. She screamed at herself to stop, but it was futile. She smiled darkly at Alek and stood on her tip toes, whispering in his ear. "Pulchra bene, mi Amor." Alek's face blanched as he recognized the latin words, but didn't have time to respond as Gia drove the dagger through his back, piercing his heart. She screamed in agony.

Gia was pulled out of the image and Alek was on top of her, straddling her hips. Her chest was rising and falling heavily and Alek's face was twisted with worry. "What happened? It was like you were having a nightmare but you weren't asleep." Gia shook her head. "I don't know," she said and brought his face down to hers, moving her lips against his in need. He seemed surprised, but quickly got over it and kissed her back. His hands gripped her hips tightly and she clawed at his back desperately. He groaned when she tugged lightly at his gold hair and she shivered. They broke apart and he was wide eyed. "What was that for?" He asked and she looked away from him. "Nothing," she lied and he narrowed his eyes at her. "Gia..." He growled and she felt his warmth radiating off of him. She pressed her lips against his and heat went through her body, making her moan softly. The vision still lingered in the forefront of her mind, but kissing Alek distracted her from it.

He wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her against him. He shivered slightly from the feeling of her small body against his large one. She had a huge effect on him and she knew it. His other arm held his weight off of her. He sat up and pulled her onto his lap, their lips moving fiercely against each others. The door clicked shut and they both looked up to see Azael with his eyes closed. "Why me?" He whined and Gia blushed while Alek laughed, burying his face in the crook of her neck. Azael opened his eyes cautiously and made a fake gagging noise. "If you want to do that, I am begging you, do it in some other house." He said and Gia threw a pillow at him, but he caught it. "Stop walking in on us and you wouldn't have a problem." She said and she felt Alek smirk against her neck. "Don't think I didn't hear you and Cali the other night." A wide smile grew on my face and I laughed. "You and Cali were getting it on?" Azael froze and color showed on his pale cheeks. "We weren't 'getting it on,' we were just kissing and...stuff."

"That's why I heard her saying your name over and over again? Dude, don't even try blowing that off to just kissing." Alek said and Gia laughed when her older brothers face turned pink. He glared at Alek, who was unaware since he wasn't looking at him. "Just remember that I always have the right to kick you in the groin since you're dating my sister," he said. "Or, whatever you two are doing." He muttered and left the room. Gia burst out laughing, but Alek didn't. "I bet you think it's so funny. Well, just remember that you wouldn't be getting anything if he actually does it." Gia sighed and rested her head on his shoulder. "He won't 'cause I would kick his ass." She said and Alek pressed a kiss on her shoulder. "Atta girl," he muttered and she shivered. "We should probably get to training," he said and Gia nodded. She went to get up, but Alek grabbed her hips and pulled her down onto his. A moan slipped past her lips and she tipped her head back as an unfamiliar sensation spread throughout her body.
