My brother Gabriel, (Gabe for short), stopped the car in the school parking lot.

He turns to look at me, smiling.

"Well, this is it, Cassie. Today you officially start to fit in with the others.", he gestured to people passing, laughing and talking as they go.

I feel a chill rush down my spine.

I'm nervous as well... hell.

"I-I don't think I'm ready...", I told him, voice shaky.

He laughs and pats me lightly on my back.

"You'll do great."

I sigh reluctantly, staring out at the big ominous building ahead of me.

Swallowing, I lifted the lock button on the door panel, and slowly step out.

A cold wind passed, making me shudder.

"It's a lot colder here on Earth.", I said to Gabe, pulling my tan coloured trench coat tight over my body.

He laughed, his eyes bright.

"Yes Cassie, it is. Now, go on. You're gonna be late."

As soon as that realization hits me, I jumped out of the car, shutting the door behind me.

"Cas, wait!"

Before I could move, Gabe hugged me.

I'm shocked, but I somehow manage to hug him back.

"Good luck.", he tells me, getting back into the car.

I smile.

"Thanks. Bye, Gabe."

"Bye, Cassie!", he yelled, as he sped out of the parking lot.

I sigh and begin to walk to the school, my stomach knotted with nerves.

When I open the giant double doors, a woman wearing a navy blue business suit with a pencil skirt, greets me.

"Hello there, you must be Castiel Novak. Welcome. Do you have any questions?"

I shook my head, then remember something.

"Well I do have one. When does class start?"

The woman looked at her watch.

She smiled.

"9:00 am, why?"

I shrugged.

"I just wanted to know."

She nodded, understandingly.

"Okay, did we not send you a class schedule?"

I shook my head, again.

Definitely not, Heaven doesn't exactly have an address.

At least, not to my knowledge...

She frowned and stared intently at me.

"You sure?"

I nodded.

"Well okay than, we'll have to get you that first. Come with me.", with that, she escorted me to a room which I assumed must be her office.

Its nice, a little small, though.

There's a man sitting in a chair by her desk, his arms folded.

He appears to be sulking about something.

Suddenly, I felt curious.

What would a grown man be doing at a school?

I mean after all, I thought I was going to be the oldest student here.

Than, I realize.

Of course, he's probably there about something his son or daughter did.

For some strange reason, this makes me a little bit sad all of a sudden.

Ugh, must be these so-called 'human emotions' kicking in.

Only, I'm not human.

She is now sitting at her own large desk, flipping through papers, quickly.

"Where is it... Where is it..."

I walk awkwardly towards her.

"Um, would you like some assistance?"

She shakes her head and continues searching, frantically.

"No thanks, Castiel."

A pause.

"I can manage."

I nodded, unconvinced.

My eyes dart back to the man in the chair.

Now I notice, that he's got his feet tucked up, so that they are touching his chin.

I also, catch a glimpse of his eyes.

There a hazel, yet greenish colour.

Unlike, any eye colour I've ever seen.

His hair is a dark blond, almost brown, and quite short.

Suddenly, those unique and mysterious eyes, darted over in my direction.

"What are you looking at?!", the man spat, the anger and annoyance clear in his voice.

I tense, only able to stare at him.

"I uh, uh, was, uh...", I could feel my face getting hot.

The woman looked over at me and than at the man in the chair, who yelled at me.

"Dean Winchester, I expect better from you! Please try to be nice. This is Castiel Novak, your new fellow classmate."

I could feel my stomach turn, as she said the words.

What?

This man...was a student here?

What the actual hell?

Why?

Millions of questions were swarming in my head, but I didn't get any answers to them because, the woman handed me a sheet of paper and told me to head to my first class.

I nodded.

As I left, I risked another glance at 'Dean'.

He was now staring off into space, clearly bored.

Oh well, I thought.

Guess I better head to class.

And, with that I left the office and started down the halls of the school.

The man in the office, sitting and sulking in the chair, never leaving my mind.
