"I am the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition."

These are the words that I hear being said to me, as I stand in the empty barn-like structure with my 'uncle' Bobby Singer.

There's a guy in a tan coloured trench coat and a blue tie, staring at me with a look of authority.

Immediately, I know who it is.

It's Cas.

He doesn't smile at me like he usually does, just pulls the knife out of his chest after, I stab it into him.

I'm mentally telling myself that angels aren't real, so that I don't overly freak out.

Bobby and I both look utterly confused and scared at the exact same time.

Cas or should I say, 'Castiel' on the other hand looks perfectly calm and collected.

"Dean, we need to talk.", he says, voice thundering.

I nod, having no clue what to say to that.

It's not everyday that a angel appears to you, anyway.

Shortly after that, I wake up.

I'm sweating and breathing hard.

My eyes are bloodshot and I look like I haven't slept in days.

Which is strange.

I slept last night, after the party.

After, talking with Cas.

Why the hell am I so tired looking all of a sudden?!

I shrug and decide to best ignore it.

Whatever it is, can wait.

Sam greets me in from where he is at the table, eating a salad it seems and looking over some study notes.

He smiles and motions for me to sit down.

Than, he frowns, staring at me.

"What?!", I practically snap, loudly.

Sam seems startled by this but, just keeps staring, worriedly at my face.

"Is something wrong?!"

He nods, than glances back at his notes.

Some of the dressing from his salad is now splashed across the papers.

My brother sighs, clearly upset at his clumsiness.

He than gets up and goes about cleaning the dressing off the table with a rag.

"So, how was Cas's the other night?"

I nod, trying not to smile.

"Yes Sammy, I did. He's a cool dude, I guess."

Sam nods, sitting back down and throwing the used rag onto a vacant chair.

"Glad to here it."

A pause.

"I knew you guys would be perfect together."

I shake my head vigorously, trying to hide the blush creeping quickly up into my cheeks.

"Why would you think THAT?! I'm straight Sammy, I don't think of him that way."

He nods, but I see the sh*t faced grin that's on his face.

Clearly, he thinks otherwise.

"Whatever, Dean. I just thought-"

"Well, you thought WRONG!", I yell, throwing a nearby chair onto the floor.

He laughs.

"Okay, relax. I'm sorry."

I smile at him.

Despite everything, Sammy is my brother and more than anything, no matter what, I love him.

He's my family.

I pick up the chair and prop it up, sitting in it.

Sam hands me a burger wrapped in paper.

"I got these this morning. Knew you'd be hungry once you finally got up."

I nod, tearing the wrapper off the wonderful treasure.

My brother knows me SO well.

"Thanks, Sam."

"No problem, Dean."

With that, we eat our breakfast in silence.

Sam, no doubt thinking about going to see Jess today.

Me, thinking about paying a certain pretty young chemistry teacher a visit, oh and maybe go see Cas while I'm at it.

After breakfast, Sam says goodbye and begins his walk to Jess's house.

She only lives nearby, so it's not that long of a trek.

Than, I grab my dad's old leather jacket and my boots, and climb into my Baby.

I begin driving down the road, listening to Metallica, speakers blasting.

I see several pretty girls as I drive, they wave at me, and I wave back, flashing him a trademark 'Dean Winchester' smile.

Despite, having such awful grades, I somehow still manage to pick up my fair share of chicks.

But none of that matters right now, only Lisa does.

Lisa Braeden, I am positive, is the love of my life.

I've never felt this way before with anyone else.

She's funny, hot, and to top it all off, she's also one hell of a mom to her son Ben.

Ben isn't mine though, he's some random biker dude's son.

Even so though, I still feel like were so alike.

It's almost scary how much, actually.

He's like a 'mini me' to put it in perspective.

As I see her house in the distance, I feel my heart start to pound loudly in my chest, so loud, it's all I hear.

Lisa doesn't know it but, I'm gonna propose to her soon.

Not sure when, but it's going to be soon.

I love her so much and I can't imagine my life without her.

Sammy doesn't know it either.

Neither does Cas.

I should probably tell him.

Ya know, cause that's what guys generally do.

Tell their other guy friends that they're planning on getting hitched.

So, I tell him later, at the diner.

He'll be there most likely, eating his burgers and chewing on his milkshake straw.

He'll be happy for me.

I know it.

'Dean the player' finally settling down for once.

No more of this 'one night stand' stuff.

Wow, I'm actually surprised that I'm doing this.

I pull into her driveway and stop Baby.

Trying to calm my rapidly beating heart, I walk towards her door.

I walk up the steps and ring the door bell.

Only suddenly, I'm blinded by a bright light and this weird a** high frequency noise.

What the hell?!

I think, as the area around me disappears, taking me with it.
