                       Alusia's POV

I walk over to the edge and look down at the flaming wreckage. I look over to Leon when he speaks to Saddler over the radio, venom dripping from his words.

"What'd you say?! Insects' life doesn't compare to human lives!"

I growl. 'That sick bastard deserves worse than death...' I look back at the wreckage with sad eyes. 'And Mike deserved better... Just like Luis...'

I throw my head back and howl, singing a song of sorrow. I look back at the wreckage after falling silent. I don't turn to look at Leon when he moves to stand by my side.

"I'll make sure they pay for this."

"We both will. Saddler deserves much worse than death. But we will not let death claim him quickly and painlessly." I turn away from the fiery scene and shift back to human.

I walk beside Leon as we continue on. Leon jumps down into a hole and holds his arms out. I jump down, landing in his arms. He sets me down with a small smile and we continue.

I stop and look around when I hear movement. My eyes widen when I find the source. 'No...' I watch Leon as he continues to walk before he stumbles and groans in pain.

I quickly get to his side, holding onto him. "Leon!"

I quickly look over my shoulder when I hear heels. Ada walks in, eyes focused on Leon. "Leon, you okay?"

'Why the hell is she here?' I find myself glaring at her. I quickly look back at Leon when he brushes me off, stumbling away.

     "Yeah..."

I watch him with worry, hearing the movement inside him. 'I can hear that damn thing moving inside him.'

I quickly remember the drugs Luis gave him. I get back to his side and dig in his pockets, looking for the bottle. I pause when Leon falls silent and turns to me. My blood runs cold when I see that the pair of blue eyes I've fallen in love with, have turned to blood red.

I gasp before crying out as he grabs my throat and begins to choke the life out of me. "Ack! Le-Leon!" I grab his hands but I can't find it in myself to pry them away. Instead of feeling scared or betrayed, I oddly feel at slight peace. 'If I have to die, I'm happy that it's by his hands.'
