Characteristics:
Stealth is quiet, soft-spoken, and uniquely strong. He is fiercely loyal to The Council as well as his master, following orders without question. From humble beginnings, he rarely questions the orders he has been given by either The Council or the master vampire. While his loyalty to The Council and his willingness to follow orders is perplexing to some, he weighs each and every order he is given with much thought, looking at all sides before making the decision whether to follow in The Council's decision. He knows his place in the hierarchy, and as such he knows there is rarely a reason to question The Council's decisions. Contrary to what many think, he does not just blindly follow his orders.

A Brief History:
A bastard of mixed heritage, Stealth was born approximately in the year 1775 to a Japanese mother and German father. Abandoned at birth, Stealth grew up in an orphanage in Edo, Japan. Even amongst the other orphans, he and his half-blood brethren were oftentimes left to fend for themselves, many of them starving to death on the streets. Stealth quickly took on the role of protector, stealing food to ensure his fellow hafu had enough to eat.
One night he made the mistake of sneaking into the home of a vampire to steal food. Finding the scraggly teen weak from hunger, the vampire took pity upon him. Stealth and his gang of orphans were taken in by the Karada where they worked to earn their keep. Assigned to cleaning the dojo after training, Stealth would sneak in to watch the fighters, quickly picking up the movements.
After being caught and punished several times for sneaking into the training sessions, the master of the dojo soon realized there was nothing he could do to keep Stealth from wanting to learn, so he was recruited by the master as a vampire assassin in training. He quickly rose in the ranks, earning himself the nickname of "Stealth" due to his ability to move in absolute silence.
For several years after completing his training he had successfully brought dozens of vampires to justice, carrying out The Council's orders without question. That all changed when he was sent to the newly formed United States of America to hunt down a rogue vampire who had been terrorizing the countryside for years.
He had not had the heart to kill her, even after she tried to end his own mortal life and embracing him. He had chosen to break his orders for the first time since becoming a vampire assassin, entombing his sire before going back to The Council to face their judgement. He pleaded LeeLee's case to not have her killed until he could locate her twin brother whom she had embraced some fifty years prior, the same night she lost her mortal life.
