She is incredibly brilliant and loves a good challenge. She has a dry sense of humor but since she does not talk much, people are not quite sure how to take her or her comments on the odd times she chooses to share a joke or make a wisecrack.

A Brief History:

Little is known about Tannitha prior to her being recruited by the Shield of Humanity. It is rumored she was working for a large pharmaceutical company while doing cancer research on her own. She always suspected there were supernatural creatures and once they made themselves known, she had a strong hunch that they were the key to curing some of the most deadly diseases.

Unfortunately, none of the government run facilities were willing to take the chance on pioneering any of the starter research on the anatomy of the different paranormal creatures. She conducted as much of her own research as possible, but without the proper equipment and funding there was only so much she could uncover.

She was approached by a fellow colleague who told her about the agency. She hired a private investigator to dig up as much information on SFC Steven Hall as possible, but he had basically been living off the grid for many years and all former records either sealed or purged.

A few weeks after this she was contacted by SFC Steven Hall himself and invited to tour the agency's new facility. Her natural scientific curiosity got the best of her, and she agreed to meet with him. Steven Hall was sure to feed her just enough information to further pique her curiosity. While she did not fully agree with everything the agency stood for, she could not turn down an opportunity to study the vampire and lycan anatomy, agreeing to head up the local facility. It was not until she had been there for a few years that she began to realize exactly what he was trying to accomplish. By this time she was so far into the research and embedded into the agency, she knew there was no way out. She stayed on both out of fear for her own life, and to attempt to keep as much humanity in the experimentation as possible.
