Chapter 2 - Susie The Mean Girl

What's up Buddies! Shoot, I'm sorry that I didn't upload the chapter. I was on a big holiday because my days are getting a whole lot better than last year. So, to begin with, you probably heard of the game "Deltarune" right? Because if you had, way a go! Because I had a chapter based on it (well, not entirely) but you already know who this character is right? Good, because I don't have to say it. So here's the chapter, I hope you enjoy this~

Chara's P.O.V

As the following day came, Asriel and I decided to go in our separate ways. It's not like we broke up or anything, we need to start making a future together. When Asriel and I got home (which we brought last year), we had a talk at dinner time. We talked about our plans since now it's a fresh start on the Surface, after the complete RESET from Demise.

Asriel told him about his plan, firstly he wants to get a diploma from college because he really needs to build up his education and knowledge. He had a lot of books in the living room which had all monsters encyclopedia and histories.  

My plan... well, Toriel has suggested me to continue with my studies since I never got the knowledge to look for a job. I mean, I really hate doing homework or studies but seeing how Asriel was coping with his work, there's no doubt I would've been brainy enough to know all sort of things.

This morning, I shoved my books, pencils and a bar of chocolate into my cool black and red backpack. Swinging my backpack over my shoulders, I went downstairs and left the house after locking up with my spare house key. I began to make my way to the school which I already knew that Toriel would be there because she is a teacher, after all. I glanced up to see the school ahead and saw a bunch of kids and teens entering the school. So far, so great... the first human entering the monster school.

Approaching the doors, I pushed them open with force to get inside. Looking up, I began to see them getting their school stuff from their lockers, chatting with classmates and hustling around to get to their classrooms as the school bell rang aloud. Letting out a big sigh, I made my way over to the classroom where Toriel has told me to go. Alphys has become a teacher with her Ph.D. as Professor to another classroom for teens. I approached the door and knocked softly twice.

"C-Come in," A stuttered voice sounded from behind the door, granting my access.

Pushing through door upon entering, I glanced up to see a small class of students. Alphys was dressed ina dark green coat

"Oh... C-Chara...! I thought you weren't coming today!" Alphys assured.

"Well, I would, I hope you don't mind if I attended this school because I could really use some studies," I told her.

"Oh... no! No, not at all!" She reassured, "I would be happy to educate you. Please, take a seat!" She pointed over at the two spare desks in the class.

Nodding quietly, I made my way over to the desk in the middle and sat down, setting my bag aside.

"So, as I was going to say, we're doing group projects this month..." She continued, "So, would you like to pick a partner from this class?"

Partner? I looked around from my desk at all the classmates here. There's like seven of them present here. Sadly, I wished Asriel was here with me so we can do group projects together. I turned to the deer-like girl student at the front-left corner, who was staring back at me.

"Umm, do you want to be partners with me?" I asked quietly, though I have to speak loud enough for her only to hear me.

"Hmm? Want me to be partners with you?" She said, before letting out a sheepish giggle, "Umm... Sorry, Berdly already asked me..."
