**Kylie’s POV**

On the car ride home from the hospital, I was bombarded with questions.

“How are you feeling?”

"Are you hungry?"

"What do you want ot do when we get home?"

"Do you want me to turn the radio on?"

“Is your head ok?”

“Is there a knot from where you smashed your head?”

"Are you sure you're feeling okay?"

“Did you have fun on your date?”

“Did you know where you were going?”

“Why didn’t you call us? We aren’t mad but still…”

“What are you going to do?”

“When do you think you’ll be able to go back to school?”

“The doctor said you are ordered to bed rest for a few days. What do you want to do then?”

“Are you going to hang out with Niall soon?”

I felt like ripping my hair out! SO. MANY. QUESTIONS.  ARGHHHHH! I didn’t want to be rude to them or anything, but my head really hurt and I was tired. I just needed a couple minutes of sleep to feel better…Surely they’ll understand? I slouched down in my seat and closed my eyes.  Slowly their voices started to fade, and the sound of waves crashing against the beach replaced them.

I walk out of the beach house and step onto the lower balcony. The wind is blowing through my hair and the sun is radiating down on my skin. My skin tingles under the warmth. I walk over to the steps and sit down, staring off into the distance.

Woahhh ohh, hey hey

Listen

I can't keep chasing you around,

All of this running just bringing me down, it's got me down

Every time I look at you the angels sing,

I hope you hear them too ohhhhhhhh,

Oh, I hope you here them too

Got me feeling hypnotized, and girl it makes me feel alive”

A beautiful voice flows from somewhere on the beach. But the beach that stands peacefully infront of me is empty. There is no other person there.

“Heeyyyy Yeahhh

I'd climb the highest mountain,

And I'd sail across the sea,

Baby for you I'd do anything

I'd fly up to the moon,

I'd paint your gray skies a beautiful blue

Just to get one step closer to you.”

The voice continues to sing and I’m pulled into a trance. I close my eyes and wander towards the voice. I’m not sure why, but Just listening to the voice makes me feel safe and protected.

“Don't hesitate there's no better time

Than now baby the sky is falling down

Well baby are you down, down, down, down
