Emily spent the rest of her day right next to Jimmy, not letting his warmth get away from her, and not letting him go. Throughout the day, she couldn't stop looking at the diamond on her finger. Jimmy and Emily laid together in the grass, soaking in the sun.
"Jimmy?" Emily asked, as she rolled over to face Jimmy.
"Hmm?" Jimmy replied sleepily.
"What's gonna happen with us now?"
Jimmy exhaled deeply and smiled before he sat up to face his now fiancee.
"Well, this is how I see it love. You figure out what you want to do, you know, college wise. If you go off to college, I'll stay here and help your parents and your sister. If you don't, or when you graduate college, we'll get married." Jimmy smiled down at Emily, who beamed with happiness.
"All I can think of is seeing my beautiful, blushing bride walking down to me, and becoming my everything. I see our wedding in the country side, with just friends and family with us, you know? At the reception, I'd whip out the old acoustic and start laying some of my acoustic songs, like 'Bron-Yr-Aur', 'Tangerine', 'Thank You', and so on. I then see us dancing to 'Thank You' together. Both of us smiling together, and holding hands while you dance in your beautiful white wedding gown."
Emily looked down and blushed. Jimmy extended his hand underneath her chin, and lifted her face up to meet his. Jimmy smiled as he pushed back her auburn hair out from her blue eyes.
"You make me so happy, Ms. Emily." Jimmy said before he placed a sweet, gentle kiss on her forehead. Emily threw herself into Jimmy's arms, and held him tight.
"You make me so much happier, Mr. Jimmy." Emily said with a chuckle.
