Seulgi complies woth Taeyong's wishes and let him lead her wherever he wanted to go

Taeyong took her hand and led her out the arcade, he took her two streets down from the one they were at and took her to a nice park that was there.
They went to a flat area where there was concrete and Taeyong asked Seulgi
"Can I have this dance?"
And of course she said
"Absolutely"
Taeyong played a slow song he knew Seulgi would know and grabbed her hand and wrapped his arm around her waist.

Seulgi was still wondering what this whole dance thing was about but at the same time that was the last thing she was going to think about, she wanted to dance in this moment
"Seulgi, close your eyes"
"Why?"

Seulgi closed her eyes...
and when she opened them the next few seconds after she saw Taeyong smiling and on one knee on the ground.
"Would you be my dance partner for ever and ever?"
And Seulgi with tears in her ears and her throat hurting was able to let out a
"Yes, yes Taeyong, I love you"
