They want an explanation for everything I do.
I'm standing here naked, trying to cover myself,
Desperately reaching for clothes, but they're falling off the shelf
Then I manage to wrap around a towel
Trying to pronounce right, every single vowel
And somehow she believes me,
But the vulnerability stays which she can not see
She doesn't know that i was naked, cuz i had covered my fragileness
but it hasn't gone away, its just suppressed.
