Tachikawa and Miketsu had speedily and gracefully (Tachikawa not to much because he looks like an old man) made their way across the battlefield also known as the forbidden zone towards the moving destination, Osamu. They hadn't met any trion soldiers so far so they were luckily past halfway, as of then. However, Miketsu saw a Marmod in the corner of her eye and quickly shot it in the eye, while Tachikawa shielded a beam from a far away Bamster, and used Senkū, using the wind's impact to cleanly slice the Bamster. The 2 continued on their way and as time passed slowly, Miketsu quickly got used to Tachikawa's battle style.

Time skip

The party of 2 made it to Osamu, according to the radar Tachikawa possesed, but they were met with no one. The 2 decided that he would be in the vicinity so they made their way to one of Border's entrances. The sight they were met with was none other than a mini autonomous trion soldier connected to the sensor's system, and a humanoid neighbour appearing. The moment Miketsu saw this, she shot at the humanoid neighbour, but the neighbour seemed to be protected by a wormhole, as she sliced of the autonomous trion soldier's body. She turned towards the 2 and clicked her tongue, opening another wormhole. 3 Rabbits and a Bamster came out and Tachikawa quickly cut the Bamster's head as he and Miketsu left distance between the Rabbits. "Miketsu-chan, stand back and provide cover fire, I'll do the rest," Tachikawa said, and Miketsu jumped back obliging as she knelt on the ground. She shot 5 consecutive shots as Tachikawa strided forward. He sliced the rabbits arm off as the 5 bullets went straight to the Rabbit, narrowly avoiding Tachikawa's body. The man smirked as the Rabbit was destroyed. "That was quick. Good job." Miketsu simply pointedly looked at another Rabbit in reply as she mumbled something under her breath. Tachikawa jumped back once as he was almost hit with magnets. "Whoops, that was close," he said casually, not looking to worried as he moved forward slicing at one of the two Rabbit's head. The Rabbit blocked with its arm as the other Rabbit aimed magnets at him. All of a sudden, a bullet came from beside Tachikawa's neck as it shot the slashed Rabbit's eye, destroying it. Tachikawa widened his eyes' at this as he almost got hint by the magnets. He let out a breath of worry as he evaded the magnets, or so he thought as magnets came at him from the other side. However, he didn't even need to draw his sword as a bullet blocked it for him. "Thanks Miketsu-chan, you're as good as I expected," he said, running towards the last Rabbit. At this point, he just slashed once, knowing it would be blocked as he drew his other sword, turning his body as he slashed the ears off. He watched as Miketsu shot a distraction shot and he cut of the Rabbit's head. He smiled and was about to say something, until Miketsu aimed a shot behind him and he instinctively sliced, behind his back, flicking his wrist as he jumped forward. He saw Miketsu move forward a bit as he looked for the source of the Rabbit, while stabbing the Rabbit in the eye. "There from the Bamster," Miketsu said as she looked to the right, where the dead Bamster's body was. Tachikawa nodded as Miketsu was a few feet away from him, slicing a marmod in half. He then felt a presence but noticed he was sandwiched, a punch from in front and magnets from the back, He decided to take on the magnets, bracing himself for the punch, slicing the magnets, but, nothing came. He turned around and saw Miketsu in front of him, shielding him from the punch with her arms in a 'x'. He caught Miketsu as she was pushed back from the momentum. Regardless, Miketsu shot the Rabbit's ear and Tachikawa quickly dropped her, slashing at the Rabbit destroying the 5'th one in 3 minutes. Tachikawa looked at Miketsu and was about to ask if she was okay but when he saw her gripping her arm, with a bit of trion fling out, he was surprised. It seemed a sharp part of the Rabbit's fist armor stabbed a hole through her arm. "Sorry Tachikawa-san, I'm slowly losing trion so we should hurry up." Miketsu smiled at Tachikawa and he nodded. 'You exceeded my expectations Miketsu-chan,' he thought. The 2 continued to look for Osamu, as they looked for him, but now they saw Miwa fighting a humanoid. Just great. Miwa saw the 2 and widened his eyes, while the neighbour looked at the 2 and said something quietly. While Tachikawa went immediately into battle, coordinating with Miwa as he slashed. However, Miketsu quickly looked at him as he was about to land back on the ground, after he almost sliced until he remembered that the creatures around the neighbour would turn trion into cubes. Miwa glared at the older male and sighed as he reluctantly decided to tag team with him and then he heard a shot. He turned around to look at Miketsu and ignored her, using Fujin again. He saw Tachikawa move in as well, using shield to block the animals and he noticed he was about to step on the lizards. All of a sudden, he saw Miketsu run up to Tachikawa and catch him, before using a few shots to give her just enough momentum to land away from the animals as she shot at Hyrein, the humanoid neighbour. Hyrein quickly made more bees and lizards shooting them at Miketsu as she dropped Tachikawa to stand on his own feet and widened her eyes. She quickly shielded Tachikawa, kicking up her legs as they got cubefield, shooting the lizards. Tachikawa was safe and well and Miketsu lost her legs, getting warped away along with Miwa. However Tachikawa remembered something in the moment. "Leave the neighbour and go find Mikumo."
