Osamu Versus Miketsu

3'rd Person P.O.V

"Round 2, commence," was announced and Osamu started of with Raygust this time. He put up his defence as he shot asteroids, 2 small cubes at the side and 1 above his head, slightly larger, yet to leave his side. Miketsu dodged this time, not using her shields as she took out her pistols again. The asteroid above Osamu's head was gone as it was shot at Miketsu, right in front of her face. However, Miketsu didn't flinch. She rolled to the left, pistols still in hand. All of a sudden, Osamu lost a foot. He hastily jumped back with one foot, using his raygust like a walking stick. He quickly shot 4 beams of asteroid, and was surprised when she didn't shield or evade the attack. Miketsu had shot the bullets, and strided forward. Osamu was surprised at the sudden push and failed to notice the bullets coming at him until they were right in front of him. He thought his raygust would be able to deflect each bullet as they were shots of varying speeds but, he still lost. He was shot in 4 spots, the same spots he himself had aimed at when he shot his 4 bullets. "Round 3 commencing in 5 seconds."

'Think, what is Miketsu's type. An instinct type or a strategic type.'

"Start," was heard as Osamu made his decision. "Asteroid," he shouted as the bullets filled up the room. "Oh," kuga said from outside the room. Osamu was using the same tactic he used against Kazama but why? Miketsu wasn't using chameleon. Miketsu jumped back, firing multiple shots as she used a ball shield. She charged forward, and so did Osamu as Miketsu jumped up suddenly. She shot multiple shots from above and Osamu used a shield, deciding to stop the small and slow asteroids. 'It seems Miketsu-san is an instinct type like Midorikawa but... something is off,' Osamu thought. It was now clear as to why he used the slow asteroid tactic. It was to see how Miketsu would react and determine her style. "Thruster on," Osamu said he went upwards, allowing the start of a mid-air battle. Osamu used asteroids and Miketsu turned to evade the bullets, shooting 3 shots at Osamu. Osamu was able to block the shots by surrounding his front half of his body with the raygust in his hand. The 2 landed on the ground and Miketsu jumped back, shooting again. 'This confirms my thoughts,' Osamu thought. Osamu ended up getting shot by a hidden shot but he was also able to surprise Miketsu by putting in a delayed asteroid shot by using his body as a screen. The next round started and Osamu didn't have his ragust out now. He had asteroid out but otherwise, he was open. Miketsu took this chance to get closer and ran up to him. However, a shield got in her way as Osamu had a big asteroid prepared. Miketsu pretended to shoot the shield and Osamu fired but, she added a shield and survived. The dust cleared up from the impact and Osamu had a pistol pressed against his chest and the back of his head. Miketsu pulled the trigger and saw Osamu's surprised face. She looked intimidatingly at Osamu as he had a deep look on his face. "Not bad, but horribly easy to read," she murmured. Osamu's eyes widened as he heard the start of the last round. "Time for the finale."

"I see. I understand now." The 2 different ideas and resolves, the 2 strategies and styles. It was time for round 5. Miketsu took a deep breath and Osamu waited this time. Miketsu didn't run up this time, shooting from afar. Osamu didn't seem surprised, as he was expecting something different. Miketsu looked blankly at Osamu, as her thoughts were in order. 'I expected no less from him, as a member of Tamakoma.' Miketsu herself understood Osamu's thought process to a certain extent. 'Maybe... just maybe, should I test that with Mikumo-senpai.' All of a sudden, Miketsu's aura and stance changed. Everyone, including Osamu was surprised. 'Was she holding back this whole time!? No, was she hiding another style? What, or was it something else.' Miketsu quickly sped around, in a zig-zagged trajectory. 'Reckless shots!? But, I thought miketsu was a strategizer, is this a strategy!?' Karasuma, who was on the outside raised a brow at this. 'She would've won either way. Why show a new card now? Is she pitying Mikumu, or is it respect,' Karasuma silently questioned. Meanwhile, Osamu decided to shoot asteroid after asteroid at Miketsu, knowing he had to think. 'Those shots, they're too random. Is she going on autopilot? No, someone animalistic wouldn't put this much thought into this so she is probably a strategizer. Then, is this to throw me off? Think, think, think!' Osamu looked up and then noticed, Miketsu was no longer in his field of vision. He looked up and noticed Miketsu standing there, a gun aimed at him as he gritted his teeth. He then noticed something. 'She's midair so if I surround her, she won't be able to dodge or slip her way through. In addition, because there is infinite trion, the ball shield she has won't withstand the impact. I feel like I can do this.' Osamu nodded and looked on intently. A hint of resolve was displayed as Miketsu tilted her head and murmured. The asteroids surrounded Miketsu and she didn't flinch. Shiori looked awed because Osamu was being a bit more aggressive than usual and the others looked on expectantly, most believing Miketsu would lose this time. 'Amazing job using the environment. That would be an...' Miketsu smiled as the asteroids shot at her. Dust flew everywhere from the impact of the shots and no one could see a thing. However, when the dust cleared, Miketsu was not in sight. "80/100." Osamu turned around as he heard the ominous voice. He widened his eyes as the pistol was pressed against a vital, more specifically, his head. "Trion body limit exceeded," Osamu heard as he felt himself go blank for a second.

"Not close enough to 100. It won't work on someone, even of my caliber." It was then the match was over, a score of 5-0. Miketsu had an overwhelming victory.
