Yet again after school, Miketsu and Chika met up to chat together.
"Ne Miketsu-chan, what were you doing becore you met us yesterday?"
"I had my match."
"Match?"
"For the b-rank wars."
"Mhm... Ehhhh! You entered!?"
"Yes."
"We need to talk about this later but how did your match go?"
It was the 1'st day of the b-rank wars and it was time for the day match. This time, there were 4 teams participating.
"Hello, Hello! Welcome to the b-rank wars. I'm Kunichika Yuu, Tachikawa squad's operator and I will be your commentator for the match. Today, we have Yoneya from Miwa squad, and Satori from Arashiyama squad."
"Yo."
"Hello There!"
"How do you think the match will play out today? Are there any units we should look out for?"
" I'm definitely curious about Kunichika unit. A 2 person unit with the operator as the captain. A very rare find isn't it," Yoneya claimed as he grinned.
"I heard the operator and cap'n is your sis Kunichika."
"Yes yes, but I'm not spilling anything. Anyways the other units have been formed previously and have participated last season. 1 of the units have made it to the middle rankings last season but their scores weren't the greatest and they were dropped back down."
"Anyway, this time the lowest ranking team is Kunichika unit as they were formed in a rush. Let's see what stage they have picked."
"It's Cityscape B. A neighborhood and a pretty simple one. There are a few buildings that are big enough to allow indoor fights but otherwise there aren't any particular gimmicks."
"The weather is normal and it is daytime. Anyways, we're running short on time, the agents are being transported onto the map."
With that, the match started. In Kunichika unit's operating room was Kunichika speaking into her coms.
"The other unit has a sniper but keeping that in mind there are 2 more people with a bagworm. If you want, I can send the locations of a few of the others. 2 people are already very close so I'm guessing they got lucky and are meeting up. Would you prefer going against a single opponent?"
"I would rather go against the clump although I cannot guarantee a speedy victory or a victory at all. Thank you for the information Akari-san."
"Okay. Keep an eye out for the sniper."
"Roger."
The commentary on the other hand was quite simple.
"There seems to be 4 people on the field with bagworm activated. A whole team, the one with the sniper has it activated and so is Kunichika unit's only combatant."
"The combatant you mentioned is a recently promoted gunner right Kunichika?"
"Yup! She currently has 4236 points. She seems to not frequent with solo rank wars."
"Huh. Thats a little disappointing."
"Seriously Yoneya?"
"What?"
