The blacked masked people also known as Oni were trying to attack Scott. Derek and I were following him all day making sure nothing would happen to him. What I was trying to figure out is either someone or something brought them here as of so far they've only went after people were part of the supernatural. Later on that night the Oni showed up at Scotts house attacking him along with the twins and a classmate of Scotts. Derek and I showed up to help him, we pushed them out the house just as Melissa threw the jar of mountain ash by one of her doors having it circle around the floor.
"All the baseboards are ash wood?" Derek asked. Scott, Derek and I were standing by the front door looking at the line of Mountain ash that went around the house.
"Uh, yeah it was Deaton's idea." Scott said
"Sounds like what this one over here did to me" Derek said nudging me in my side
"And where the hell did you two come from?" Scott asked
"We've been following you" Derek said casually
"For how long?" Scott asked
"All day" Derek said and Scott looked at me.
"Don't look at me, he practiaclly dragged me out of the house" I said defending myself walking back to the kitchen.
"It's Kira right?" Aiden asked Scotts classmate and she nodded her head
"You gonna tell us what you are" Aiden said
"What? What do you mean?" Kira asked him confused as he grabbed her hand.
"Aiden..."Ethan warned
"Watch!" Aiden said to Ethan. He placed Kiras hand on the screen and the barrier refelcted her hand back.
"See that? She can't go through it either" Aiden said
"Alright you've made your point Aiden" I said leaning against the island in the kitchen
"So what are you?" Aiden asked
"She's a Kitsune, idiot" Derek said walking in the room
"Use your eyes. You can see it all around her. The younger ones give off an aura. She just hasn't learned to conceal it yet. She probably doesn't know what kind she is either." Derek said
"Well someone's been doing their homework" I said
"I wasn't going to hurt her" Aiden said.
"Not yet" Derek said as he was looking outside at the Oni
"Why do you think we're here Derek? For a study group? We're here to protect Scott" Aiden said
"We're trying to fight for him" Ethen said
"You want in on his pack" I said looking at the two of them
"I'm sure you are. I'm sure you'd kill for him" Derek said turning and facing the twins.
"But are you willing to die for him?" He asked them
"Derek" I warned. Outside the Oni started to hit the barrier trying to find a way to come back in the house
"What are they doing?" Scott asked coming into the room
"Testing for weakness" Aiden said
"Yeah? Well it looks like they're trying to break in" I said
"Guys?" Aiden said
"We have a problem" Aiden said. We all backed up as the Oni pointed it's sword at the barrier and broke through
"Scott what did Allison say?" I asked as we were staring back at the Oni
"They're called Oni, and they're looking for a dark spirit. She said that they know I'm a supernatural and they won't hurt me but they want to do a check to see that I'm not carrying a dark spirit with me. They only want the nogitsune" Scott said
