The cuffs chafed Feather's wrists as she was led into an interrogation room, which had only a steel desk and two metal chairs. The NSA agent gestured for her to be seated, then sat down across from here, leaning in. "You have the right to remain silent," he intoned. "Anything spoken can an--"

"Where's my lawyer, and my venti iced mocha latte with soy milk and an extra shot of expresso?" said Feather.

The NSA agent blinked in confusion. "This isn't Starbucks. And before your lawyer shows up, you might want to consider working with us instead. We could make these felony charges disappear, but we need your help."

Feather laughed at the ludicrous suggestion. "What could you possibly need my help with?!"

The agent gave the guards at the door a look, and one of them brought him a laptop. He opened it and clicked a few times before turning it to face Feather. It was a YouTube video, titled, "Unknown Organization Incites Deadly Riots in Kentucky." He clicked play, and she gasped at the scene of devastation before her eyes. A row of houses was obliterated, sitting in piles of smoldering dust and charred rubble. Clouds of smoke floated through the sky as ambulances rushed to the scene. First responders hopped out of the back and pulled wounded civilians from bushes and the streets, wheeling them away on stretchers.

"We have determined that this was caused by a radical group of CG fans, but they were sent by Crazystar. She appears to be a major threat to the security of this nation, because her motivation, as far as we can tell, is purely to watch the whole world burn." The agent surveyed Feather's expression for a moment, then pulled a print-out of Discord logs out of his jacket pocket. "She has made comments that suggest that the chaos of today could only be the beginning; she aspires to large-scale death and destruction."

Feather squinted in confusion. "How does the last one relate?"

"Irrelevant. What I'm saying is, we'll drop the charges, but you have to help us put an end to Crazy, before her shenanigans claims more lives. Are you in?" asked the agent.

Feather thought about it, then nodded reluctantly. "Fine. Whatever. If I get that latte and a free rocket launcher."

The guards removed the cuffs from her wrists and she was escorted out of the interrogation room. Feather smiled and realized how happy she was to have been arrested. Her plan to duel Duskie may have been foiled, but Crazy would make a perfect substitute to take her murderous urges out on. And at the end of the day, she could write it off as patriotism! This was perfect.
