I sat on my bed looking around at all my suitcases. I got up and walked to the bog. I pulled a sweatshirt over my head and put on a pair of sweatpants. I twisted my hair up in a messy bun and placed on my specs. I grabbed my suitcases and got into the cab waiting for me outside. We pulled into the airport and I stepped out. A couple raindrops hit me in the head and I walked to the trunk to grab my things. I made it with just my backpack to the gate. I pulled out my phone and texted my brother.
To Gavin: Just made it to my Gate. See you soon! Love you <3
After a couple minutes I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket.
From Gavin: Hey! Geoff and I will pick you up when you get here. Love you <3
I got on the plane and sat down, a few minutes later we took off. I pulled out my headphones and click them into my phone and turn on some music. I close my eyes and I begin to drift off to sleep. I open my eyes and take out my head phones and turn off my music. We landed and I got off the plane. I felt my phone vibrate and I pulled it out.
From Gavin: Where are you?
To Gavin: I’m getting my luggage I will meet you outside
I shoved my phone in my pocket and grabbed my suitcases and made my way for the door. The cold air conditioning mixed with the hot Texas air as I walked out the door.
“Candace!”
“Gavin!”
I was engulfed in a hug. The sweet smell of my brother filled my nose. I hugged him back and we walked to the car.
“Hi” said Geoff as I entered into the back seat.
“Hi” I responded, I was very nervous. I really liked achievement hunter and rooster teeth. We pulled into the parking lot and I was shocked at where I was. I got out of the car the hot Texas air hitting me. I followed Geoff and Gavin into the building.
