Versus

Chapter 5

       I shoved Gavin off the chair. His body hit the ground with a very loud thump followed by a whine.

        “I will take that as a yes then,” Geoff laughed and continued what he was doing. Gavin sat back in his chair and started laughing and I attempted to shove him off again but it ended up with me gripping the counter to attempt not to fall off.

        "Can you guys fight each other after dinner please" Geoff said finishing off the meal he was cooking. Everyone grabbed a serving and me and Gav were behaved (for the most part) for the meal. When we finished I walked back into the room and grabbed my phone.

From Michael: Queenie I wanna talk to you

From Michael: Can you answer me

From Michael: Hello?

From Michael: Seriously please

From Michael: I would like to talk to you

From Michael: Please?

From Michael: Okay fine don't answer me.

To Michael: You silly little butt I was eating dinner is that a problem?

        I went to set my phone down and wait for a reply but it came instantly

From Michael: Oh sorry to bother you.

From Michael: I was going to ask you out for dinner but I guess it's dumb now.

To Michael: Oh. Well I'm getting jet lag I'm gonna go to bed. Goodnight.

From Michael: Goodnight sleep tight don't let the bed bugs bite <3

        I set my phone onto the night stand letting it lay there and I rolls over and wrapped myself in the warm blanket. Did Michael 'Rage Quit' Jones just put a heart on the end of a text message. I thought to myself more untill I finally shut my eyes the last time.

        I woke up the next morning to my brother jumping onto my bed. He got off me then immediately ripped the warm blankets from my body. I shoved him from my room digging through my suitcase to find just the perfect outfit. I took out a pair of jean shorts and snuck into my brothers room stealing his 'people like grapes' shirt and running back to my room. I threw it on along with the shorts. I walked out of my room Gavin handing me a cup of coffee. I took it sipping it down slowly. I felt the caffeine run through my body waking me up. I walked out the door with Geoff to his car followed by Gav.

        I followed the two boys into the office. I walked into the achievement hunter office waiting for Caleb to arrive so I could work with him. I set my phone and other things onto Gavin's desk and walked to the bathroom.
