Ariana's P.O.V:
"Hayd he's not picking up, he's not done yet? Something's wrong." He sighs loudly and shuts his eyes. A couple minutes later, we hear the doorbell assuming it was Hunter coming back from wherever he went. But it wasn't.
"Hello beautiful." A smiling Dylan greets me at the door. "DYLAN" I instinctively jump into his arms and he catches me. He kisses my head before moving down to my lips.
"Ari I'm heading home to tell my parents about you mo-" Dylan puts me down and Hayden awkwardly stops mid-sentence. "Oh hey Dylan man how you been?" Hayd asks looking anywhere but at the person he was talking to. He runs his hand through his hair, trying to make himself busy.
"I've been alright. I was actually preparing for an art exhibit, I got invited to show my work and multiple important art colleges inspectors will be seeing it, could get myself a scholarship too." I smile back at a very happy Dylan. He does deserve it, his artwork is breathtaking. "I'm so proud of you!" And I really am.
"That's great man, congrats. I'll be heading out, see you both at school." Hayden waves goodbye and walks out. I spend the night with Dylan, and I still haven't told him about my mom's plan. I'm scared of the way he'll react when I tell him I'm staying with Hayden. I mean he'll understand right?
A few hours of catching up, I get a text from Jake: 'Ariana.. We need to talk ASAP. Call me.'

Jake's P.O.V:
"Y'all better sit down and start the tale telling. Why the hell are you, a coward dick? Why is this bitch HERE? And what the hell is going on that I don't know about?"
They all sit in silence whilst I wait impatiently for my answers. "On second thought ma'am, I'll have a nice boiling black coffee. Looks like I'll be here for a while." She nods at me and sprints to the kitchen, running away from the tension filling up this inhumanly vast room.
"So?" I ask again crossing my arms over my chest and raising an eyebrow at the silent, pale looking people in front of me.
"I'll start.." Joseph clears his throat and sits up placing his elbows on his knees rubbing his face. Sierra sits in silence as her gaze moves back and forth between the man I 'm supposed to call my father and myself.
"When I got your mother pregnant, I thought I was happy, and I wanted to continue building my life with her as I watch you grow up. But truth is.. She and I would always get into horrible fights, not the small kind of fights couples usually got in to, but the kind of fights during which either one of us spent a night or two in a motel far away from the other."
He pauses briefly and takes in a deep breath before I nod at him signaling for him to proceed knowing he has my full attention. "One night, I went to a motel, I was so upset and unhappy I hated my life. And.. well.." He looks around nervously trying to find the right words to complete his sentence. "I got drunk, really drunk. I wanted to explore new things, new lifestyles. That's where I met Ariana's mom, she had been working really late and was too tired to drive that night so she stayed at the same motel as I did."
"Long story short, we talked, we drank, a lot, we did things that I wasn't very proud of back then, I... I.. " He stutters and continues in a lower, deeper voice filled with regret, "I cheated on your mother.." He finishes his sentence with a loud sigh.
