"Should I put... The blade here?" Lucina asked reluctantly, pointing at the diagram of a draft work of Billy's new weapon. "Or here?"
Benkei scanned his eyes on the holographic
diagram."The bottom seems like a smart choice. Most of the Realities don't know how weapons work here. So if we put it here, it'll be more simpler and easier for the kid to know how it works." Benkei explained, dragging his finger to one point to another.
"Ahh...! Okay."
"Yep."
"What about the paint job?"
"I don't know... Black?"
Benkei heard Sakura chuckled at him from the swivel chair. "Benkei, the only color you think of is black or brown!" She chuckled, crossing her arms.
Benkei raised a brow. "Alright well," he turned to the Rabbit Faunus. "What color would you suggest for him?"
Sakura smirked playfully. "I've heard that his favorite color is pink." She said, tilting her head to the side.
"Huh? Where did you hear that from?"
"Bunny told me. She didn't seem that surprised when she told me though."
"Okay," Lucina looked away from the diagram. "But new question. What kind of pink?" She asked.
Lucina took her phone out, looking for color palettes. "I'm thinking between strawberry or rose. Maybe even fuchsia...?" She contemplated to herself.
Benkei and Sakura shrugged, leaving the red-head to continue thinking.
Benkei then heard a knock from the door next to him. It must be his employees.
"Come in." Benkei yelled out. A few seconds later, a young man with a Vampiric Cross pinned on his shirt came inside, reluctantly.
"What is it Saniel?" Benkei asked the man.
The man scratched the back of his head. "Well sir," he mumbled, like he was surprised for some reason. "The Mayor is here to come see you."
Benkei's furrowed his brows. This early? Normally, at this time, Kat wouldn't step foot here in Artopia, due to keeping her parent's suspicion out of the way.
It's not even past five yet!
He saw in the corner of his eyes that Sakura stood up from the swivel chair while Lucina pocketed her phone.
"Here she is, sir."
"Yes, thanks Saniel."
"Of course." Saniel left the room in quite a hurry, frantic to leave.
Whether that man wanted to get work done or he was just scared of Benkei in general.
Benkei sighed.
Taking Saniel's place was Kat.
She had her head down, her long plait of hair covering the majority of her face. Her Demonic tail was dragging onto the floor too.
Which indicated that she wasn't feeling good.
"Katarina...?" Benkei called out, trying to break the silence.
The Nephalem looked up slowly.
Benkei's eyes slightly went wide. Her eyes were a little red. Like she was crying earlier.
Just when Benkei made that discovery, Kat made small hiccuping sounds before sobbing lightly.
"Oi, Katarina?! Is everything okay?!" Benkei kneeled down, outstretching his burly arms out, indicating a hug.
