RECAP * I heard the gun go off but I wasn't dead and it didn't miss either than I look down at my chest and see blood, blood everywhere I panicked an looked around me to see the man gone and everyone starring at me I look at Seth and see him running closer to me "Seth..." I said and then fell the last thing I remember was seeing Seth crying over my soon to be dead body*

Two hours later I woke up with a killing migraine in a hospital bed with my mom Seth and misty I couldn't believe my eyes it was her she's here.
I started to grasp for air and clutch my chest only to cause pain to shoot threw and I let out a scream nurses came running and I look around and see all of them looking at me they had tears in their eyes Seth looked the worse outta them all.
The nurses calmed me down and left my mom rushed to my side and told me that the bullet missed my heart by a few inches. I just looked at her and then it all hit me I was shot.
I sat there and let everything settle i looked up when I felt a soft hand touch me I seen misty and jerked my hand back and she looked hurt.
"Char please don't be like this I'm sorry please!"
"No misty not after the way you treated me and called me names please just go" she pulled her hand back and slouched her shoulders and looked at seth and my mom and walked out.
"Charolette why did you do that?"
"Because mom for what she did to me idc the state I'm in I don't wanna be around her."
"Whatever I'm going to get coffee" she walked out and left me and Seth he just looked at me and he broke down he fell to his knees crying iv never seen a man cry for me or over me or even in front of me at all"
"Seth... hey baby it's okay please don't cry" he looked at me and held my hand and squeezed it
"Baby I told you I would protect you and look iv already felled you"
" no no you didn't I jumped in front of you and protected you if you can protect me I can protect you" he stood up and kissed me he kissed me!!! And pulled back
"I'll always protect you cupcake" and I smiled I smiled so big. I finally was able to doze off. I was awoken by voices once I had fully woken up I noticed my doctor and my mom.
"Uh what's going on?"
"Ah miss woods you have woken up I was just telling your mom that your doing fine but you may need surgery to fix the muscle tissue around your heart"
" oh" was all I said and I looked at my mom and the doctor had left.
"Honey once we get you out the hospital and your totally well and heathy again I want you to take self defense classes?"
"Oh yeh sure that's totally okay with me"
"Great okay well I don't wanna sound like a bad mom but I need to get to work I'm working a 12 hour shift tonight so Seth said he'll be with you okay?"
"Okay mom I love you"
"I love you too sweetie your dinner should be here soon" with that she left I was there for a few hours by Myself witch I didn't mind I need sometime to myself they had brought my food hours ago but I wasn't boutta touch the food on that tray no way in hell.
Soon Seth walked in and had a Wendy's bag in hand "sorry I'm late baby girl but I brought you food!"
"It's fine and yummy I'm soo hungry!!" With that we dug in to the food bout an hour later the nurse came in to change my meds out.
"hello dear"
"hey Caroline"
"your doing really well know but it looks like you still will be having that surgery"
"damn" with that she walked out and me and Seith was alone
"im scared" I whispered while looking down at my half eat'n food
"baby girl its okay to be scared but just know imma be waiting for you when you get out okay" he said while looking at me and holding my hand.
