Chapter 15

Victorias POV

It had been a few days since Remus barged into my home yelling about the G string. I was surprised alright. The poor guy looked mortified, and embaresed. Right now though I had ten people in my living room waiting on the eleventh person to show up. You see today was the day where my brothers and I would be teaching the others how to play Qudpot. The only person missing at the moment was Lily Jane Evans. I was starting to get worried especially when Millie started to chase Peter around the living room hissing at him. The pudgy boy was mortified of our pet raccoon. I was staring at the fireplace hoping she would emerge soon as James and Briar were beginning to become restless. With it being Christmas Eve. I couldn't stand it anymore.
    I walked into the fireplace yelling.
" Evans residence" Before I knew it I was cast into the floo network hurdaling towards Lilys house. Though when I got out of the fire place the site before me wasn't what I had expected. A tall and beefy man was standing in front of a tall and long necked women.
" Um, Hi ... is Lily home?" I smiled at them as the beefy man glared at me.
" Your one of those freaks! Your the lowest of scum and I'm afraid she's up stairs. " I glared at the man before pulling my wand out at them.
" If you so much as hurt that girl ill make you pay porky pig" I glared at the man running up stairs to see Lily was still packing.
" Lily? " I opened the door carefully as she looked up.
" Oh ... Victoria, Sorry about Vernon he can be a brute sometimes. " She looked sickly and deprived of food. I knew her sister was mean but if her boyfriend had been staying here during the holiday he would make her life a living hell.
" It's fine I'm pretty sure he's terrified of me right now." I smiled as I helped her with her trunk before going down stairs to see her father staring at Lilly and I. Her father was an average height for a male. He was thin and lanky looking with graying red hair. The only thing I'm sure lily got from the man was the red hair and freckles. I smiled waving at them as her mother walked in. She was a short women with bright blonde hair and vived green eyes like Lilys.

" You must be one of Lilys friends, It's so nice to meet you I hope Vernon and Petunia were nice to you" I saw her sick smile. I knew shed let her other daughter get away with calling the other a freak because she felt left out.

" Honestly No they weren't. If were being honest here. I felt more welcome at Sirius Blacks house than I did seeing Porky Pig" I smiled sweetly as her father snorted and her mother glared at me.

" Seems like your parents never taught you any manners" I saw her grin widen as I only smirked.
" Yeah I was raised by wolfs and a crazy old bat" I hum remembering how much my grandmother raised us while ma and pa were at work.

" Now if you will excuse us we must be off for the holidays. We will not becoming here but Mr. Evans your more than welcomed into my home. Lily said something in her last letter. I don't have the time of day for people who act like their above society. Now mr. Evans would you like to come with us to my place? My father would love to have a guy friend to hang out with. " I smiled as Lilys father smiled going to pack a bag to join us for the holiday.

After a few hours I returned with Lily and her father who seemed more than ecstatic to be joining us.

" Welcome to the Hollows Home" I smiled at them as James runs threw the archway

" LILYFLOWER YOUR FINNALLY HERE" He screamed running at her as her father blocks him, his arms crossed.
" Your the toe rag she was talking about clear up until this year!!" He glares at him. " Hurt her and ill gut you"
James went from estatic to terrified in a second flat. I smiled at the altercation as the rest started piling into the room in quidditch and qudpot gear. I grinned at them all.

" Let's get started"

I led everyone to the back yard as they saw a pot with a solution in it as briar and William messed with the the ball that was no bigger than a qaulffle
" The rules are simple since there are eleven of us we will have an extra player that's all. So the rules are very simple. Get the ball into the pot of soliution before it explodes. Trust us the stench of the explosion wont be pretty and you'll smell like trash for the next few days. Understood now since Victoria hasn't flown in forever she will be picking the first person for her team. While I Briar will choose my team.

" I choose James" I said quickly knowing the young man was quick on a broom.

" Isabella" Briar
" Sirius" Me
" Peter"Briar
" Monica"me
"Lily"Briar
" William"Me
"Mom" Briar
" Looks like I got Remus." I smiled as we grabbed our brooms before dad and Harold released the ball as it flys high landing in James lap as he takes off like a bolt of lightning. That is until Briar blocks him as he try's throwing the ball into the solution, as its blocked flying off into the air landing on Peter as it explodes.

" Damn " Briar mumbles as peter flys to the ground sitting on the bench. Before long theirs only a hand full of us left in the air. It came down to James Remus and I, While Briar had Mom and Isabella on his. At the moment Briar had the ball and I dived after him gaining speed on him knocking the ball down out of his hands as it lands into James arms as he takes off towards the solution, tossing it to Remus. Remus flew high as mom was on his tail. I watched amazed as he barrel rolls in the air getting the ball into the solution just in time before it exploded. I laughed as my mother was called out leaving only Briar and Isabella.
I grinned as another ball is released as it flys high as Briar and I both go for it. James and Remus behind watching my brother and I race towards it. That is until the ball exploded in mid air causing us both to be stunned.

" This doesn't happen all the time" I mumbled as Briar nodded knowing something wasn't right.

" Get inside" Briar yelled loudly so we all heard as my parents looked at each other.

I frowned knowing something was happening. My mother had a grave look on her as my father stared at the sky as a bunch of death eaters appeared.

I flew down landing grabbing Mr Evans as Remus helps file everyone into the house as Briar casts a protection spell around the house. I watched as my parents, brothers, and Monica Shoot spells at the death eaters. That's when I realized there was going to be a war sooner than we all thought of.
