Their highly empathetic with other people and animals.
They can feel overwhelmed by all of the information and energy present with them.
Star seeds are referred to as "old souls" having life times on other planets.
These lifetimes have memories that they keep and can retain it through dreams and visions.
They have a sense of knowing without knowing how they know or explain how they know.
They may have even had lifetimes in other dimensions beyond the 3D physical one or in parallel realities.
