Don't Say That

Lauren's Pov

Aftet 2 months of being hospitalized the doctors finally let me stay home and rest.

"Hey everyone!" I yelled feeling happy that I'm finally home. I ran down the stairs and I tripped landing on the floor and hitting my head..... hard.

"Shit Lo!.." Camila came running towards me and I just giggled ignoring the pain.

"I'm fine" I said standing up.

"Jesus Lauren.. you just got out of the hospital" Mom said with her hand on her chest.

"I'm sorry mama" I said hugging her.

"Someone's happy" Dad said walking towards us.

"I just missed you guys" I said and they both looked at each other.

"Okay.. I know I don't say it everyday but I love you guys" I said and they both hugged me.

"We love you too princess" Dad said. I looked at Camila and winked at her making her smile.

"Okay.. let's eat breakfast.." Mom said and we followed her to the kitchen.

I don't know why but I'm feeling happy and satisfied today. I looked at my parents and thought how lucky I am to have them.. I've been a burden to them with all my school problems and bitchy attitude but they still loved me.

"What are you thinking?" Camila asked and I shrugged my shoulders smiling.

I felt a throbbing pain in the back of my head and suddenly I felt tired.

"I'm gonna head upstairs and rest so I won't get tired while I'm in  school tomorrow" I said as I drank my pineapple juice.

"Okay sweetie" Mom said and I walked closer to them hugging both my parents.

"Thank you guys..for everything. " I said kissing their cheeks.

"You're welcome honey.. we love you so much.. now.. go rest" Mom said and I nodded.

I walked upstairs feeling dizzy and I shook my head to stay awake.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Camila asked for a hundredth time as I lay on my bed.

"I'm fine Camz..." I giggled

"Do you feel any pain?" She asked and I rolled my eyes.

"No mom.. i'm perfectly fine" I said and she nodded.

"Sorry I was just making sure" Camila muttered and I smiled at her.

"I know baby.. now lay here beside me" I said and she nodded.

We lay there in silence facing each other and giving each other goofy looks and smiles.

"I miss your kiss" Camila whispered.

"I miss you" I whispered

I remembered dreaming of Camila while I was in hospital. I was holding and kissing her while she kept telling me that I should get back.

Maybe I should tell her

"Baby.." I whispered and she quirked a brow.

"Babe.." She whispered back making me smile..

"I saw you in my dreams... you were sitting on the floor crying.. I don't remember everything but in that dream you kept saying that I should get back" I said and she smiled.

"And now you're back.. I'm happy that you're here...with me. I'm glad that you're dreaming of me" Camila said and I smiled.

"When I drift off, I will dream about you.." I said and she frowned.

"Why do I feel like you're saying goodbye" Camila said

"It's because I'm sleepy Camz.." I giggled closing my eyes.

"Okay.. I'll be here" Camila said and I nodded.
