Shawn's Pov

I was in my room planning Camila's upcoming Birthday when my phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Hey Sofi ..what's up"

I said walking out on the balcony

"Didn't you hear?"

"Hear what?"

I was getting nervous. Sofia's voice was cold and raspy. I know something's wrong.

"Sofi ..what's wrong?"

"It's Mila..she was in an accident.."

She was sobbing now.

"What happened?"

"Sophie please tell me what happened."

"She's gone Shawn"

Sofia whispered

"W-what do you mean she's gone? Did she ran away from home? I'll call her. Don't worry."

"She's gone Shawn! She's not coming back! She's dead!"

I dropped my phone after Sofia told me the news.

No no no

My legs were wobbly making me fall on the floor. I rest my head on my knees and started crying.

"You can't leave me... not now baby" I whispered with tears rolling down my face.

My heart was shattering into a million pieces.

What about our plans? Our dreams? Now they're useless. I'm useless

I was crying so hard that I was gasping for air.

No baby... don't leave me.

I was in my room laying on my bed staring at nothing when my mom walked in.

"Hey..." She said with her softest voice carrying a tray of food.

I didn't even looked at her I just stared at the ceiling, numbing the pain.

She sat on my bed and caressed my cheek.

"I'm sorry.." she whispered

I sat up and hugged her tight.

"I should've been there.. I could have prevented what happened. I could've protected her" I said feeling angry with myself.

"I know honey..but don't blame yourself. It's no one's fault.." she whispered rubbing my back.

"I'm not ready... I still need her" I cried gripping her shirt. "She's too young.. she had so many plans and dreams. I need her.. I want her..just her.. I don't want to loose her" I said and I can feel my mom crying.

"Oh my baby.." she whispered

"I didn't even got the chance to say goodbye.." i cried on her chest while she held me tight.

"Please make it stop... please make it go away. It hurts" I whispered

Mom tried her best to comfort me. We stayed like that til' I calmed down.

"She was amazing, you know?" Mom said smiling at me "Of all the girls you introduced to us, she's the only one who caught my attention. She was kind and sweet and adorable..I see the way you look at her, like she's the most beautiful girl in the world. And it makes me happy seeing you like that" She said wiping the tears on my cheeks.

"She really is amazing..she changed me. She made a better person. She made me so happy. I love her so much.. I just can't believe it that she's gone" I said feeling my chest tighten.

"She's not gone sweetie.. she's still living in your memories and in your heart" Mom said smiling at me.

After mom left my room I picked up my phone and looked at all our pictures together. Mom was right, she's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. When I first saw her, I knew that I have to do something to make her mine, because if I didn't I'd loose my mind.

"I miss you Camila" I whispered closing my eyes.

I was grabbing my things in my locker and everyone was looking at me with pity eyes.

"I'm so sorry bro.." Niall said squeezing my shoulder. I gave him a half smile and nodded.

"So I guess your not coming to the party?" He asked leaning on the lockers.

"I just want to be alone right now" I said closing the locker and walked away.

I stepped inside my car and sighed. Resting my head on the steering wheel.

"I wish you were here" I whispered then I started crying again.

"I miss you.. I fucking miss you" I cried.
