"It is the internal struggles, when fought and won on their own, that yield the strongest rewards."

Draven was running out of time. Two days had passed, and Ben still didn't open the Holocron. "Maybe it's broken," Poe suggested, as they watched the students meditating with Ben, who sat in the middle of the circle.
"Perhaps he's just not ready," Draven sighed, as he walked away in frustration.
"You had Jedi training, didn't you?" Poe asked, as he walked alongside the Knight of Ren.
"Not alot," Draven admitted.
"Maybe you can open it."
"I'm not a Jedi."
"Does it have to be a Jedi who opens the Holocron?"
"Not necessarily, but it needs to be someone who's strong with Force and that isn't me."
"I'd say you're pretty strong with the Force," Poe grinned, as he playfully nudged Draven. "You...you've been through alot, and you probably should've died but you didn't. You risked your life to protect the Resistance, just like a Jedi would."
"Thanks for the compliment," Draven smiled. "But a Jedi knows right from wrong, and always thrives to do good. I know what's right from wrong, yet I've chosen to do a lot of terrible things."
"No one's perfect. I mean look at Ben, he was the most feared enforcer for the First Order, now he lives in a hut and doesn't walk around threatening everyone."
"I see your point, but I wouldn't want to open the Holocron."
"Why not?"
"I have to want to open the Holocron and be strong with the Force, but it must also choose. And I highly doubt it'll choose me."
"How are you so sure it'll choose Ben?"
Draven said nothing.

Ben entered his hut after a morning of training. There were more questions of Rey's whereabouts, and it frustrated Ben to give them vague answers. But it frustrated him more because he didn't know where she was. He unpacked his stuff, when someone knocked on his door. "Who is it?" He asked.
Finn opened the door, "We have to find her."
"She doesn't want to be found," Ben answered.
"It doesn't matter, " Finn spat. "She needs our help."
Ben finally faced Finn, and sighed, "I will find her, but just give me some space alright?"
After he was gone, Ben sat down cross-legged and began to mediate. He called out to the Force with his emotions, he needed help to find Rey's whereabouts, but what the Force showed him instead was his mother. She was in danger. The Resistance was in danger. He saw a battle in the stars, where the First Order and the Resistance clashed, and the First Order was winning. He broke the connection out of fear, because part of him knew what the Force wanted from him. And Ben decided to listen...
