Day 13, Christmas Movies

So this one is in Simons POV, If you're not into his character I'm alright with that. Um, a little gay fluff ahead or something like that? It's incredibly mild so don't threat, still PG.

This morning I woke up, showered and got dressed, I went downstairs to make something to eat. I made scrambled eggs with a little bit of cheese, I almost burnt my poor eggs, mostly because I wasn't paying attention to them and was busy texting Jerome, who was coming to pick me up in a bit because today, we planned on watching Christmas movies and cuddling on the couch together.

I ate my eggs in my room, I even brought up a juice box to drink, even though we're not really allowed to have food in our rooms, my sister and I usually ignore that and get away with it anyway. While I ate, I messed around on my laptop for a little bit, doing some light online shopping, I even ordered a few Christmas presents that were on my list. I got dad some Star Wars socks, I got Freya a cactus mug and a little cup to put her bassoon reed in, and I decided that I was going to get Jerome, as a joke gift, a set of girls hair accessories and a for an actual gift, I got him a new wallet, since his is actually falling apart.

Soon I heard him honk the car horn, I closed my laptop and put it on the charger, grabbed my phone and ran downstairs. I put on a sweatshirt, as it really wasn't cold out today, just gloomy and wet. I yelled bye to whoever was in the house, probably Freya, since dad is most likely at work. I got in the car, I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek, and he gave me one back.

We get to his house, I took off my shoes and went to sit on the couch to wait for Jerome to come back from the bathroom. When he came back, I showed him my socks "Look, I got a new pair of socks yesterday." I said with pure excitement as I showed him my new banana socks, "Ooh I like those, I might have to steal them from ya." he said jokingly and I giggled in response, "If you like them so much then I'll get you your own pair." he crawled onto the couch next to me, tv remote in hand and got under the large blanket, "Nah babe you don't gotta do that." he said and kissed my cheek and started to flip through channels. We ended up watching Elf, I don't really care for this movie, but I'll sit down and watch it if I have to.

We didn't leave the couch for the rest of the night, only Jerome got up a few times to get something to eat or use the bathroom. I basically ate whatever he gave me, which, for whatever reason, was chips and salsa, and I'm not going to complain, I do enjoy chips, but I prefer it with melted cheese instead of salsa.

Eventually, Jerome fell asleep, he always does when we watch movies together, I stayed up a little longer, I messed around on my phone for a bit, "texted" our friends in our group chat on snapchat for the rest of the night. At some point I decided that I was going to stay over, I texted Dad telling him I was staying the night at Jerome's. "Hey, wake up." I said to him quietly, shaking him a little and giving him a little kiss on the cheek, he woke up nearly instantly, I giggled a little, "What?" he grumbled out tiredly, "I think I'm ready for bed now." I said, getting up and folding up the blanket and then turning the tv off. He stood up from the couch and stretched, "Lead the way." he said through a yawn, I smiled and took his hand and went down the hall to his room.

I went through Jerome's drawer, looking for the clothes that I left here the last time I stayed, and when I found them I put them on. He was already in bed, on his phone and waiting for me to crawl in next to him. I crawled in and cuddled myself in next to him, he gave me a kiss and told me to put his phone on the charger and turn the light off, which I did, and then we fell asleep.
