Enjoy :)
I woke up at about 3 am, I was, again, shaken awake by my brother, yelling "It snowed! It snowed!" with the brightest smile on his face "What?" I mumbled grumpily at him, not being happy to be woken up so early on a Wednesday. "Come out and make a snowman with me." he begged to me, like he was five again, even with pouty eyes too, but still a big bright smile on his face. "Fine." I grumbled again and started to get up to get dressed in something warmer, he also ran downstairs to do what I would assume would to be get his jacket and boots on.
I went downstairs to get my boots and jacket on, Simon already was dressed, hat and gloves too, he was also patiently waiting for me. We get outside, I look around, it hasn't snowed in a while, and it been looking really grey and gross-out, but seeing the fresh white snow even made me a little excited.
Simon started on the bottom, rolling and packing the snow into a ball, making it bigger and bigger. I started on the middle, making it almost as big as the bottom, but still smaller. Soon we finished with that, we already stacked the middle and the bottom piece together. Simon went inside to find some charcoal for the face and to find the box of stuff specifically for snowmen, and I started on the head. I was having a hard time getting it to the right shape, it was lumpy and gross. I ended up smashing it on the ground and started making a new one.
This one came out better, and as I was putting it on the top, Simon came out with the box of stuff. He looked at the beautiful masterpiece of balls of snow that we created, "It's perfect!" he said, and then we started putting the snowman together, I started on the face, a few pieces of charcoal for the eyes and mouth, and grabbed a carrot Simon must have grabbed from the fridge, and I put it in the middle of its faced, for the perfect nose. Simon was looking around the trees to find two sticks that would make really great arms, I waited for him.
Eventually, he found the perfect sticks, he broke off some of the unneeded branches and left the ones that he wanted to be the "fingers". He put the arms on and smiled, "Now a hat and a scarf." he said as he grabbed the blue chullo hat and the matching blue scarf. He wrapped the scarf around its "neck" and I put the hat on its "head". We both backed away and took a good look at what we created, we both said "It's beautiful." in perfect unison, him with a little more enthusiasm.
We both went back inside, he took his boots off and put them by the door, and hung his coat up, and I did the same. "Thanks for coming out with me." he said through cold sniffles, I just smiled and hugged him, "Anything for you." I said and let him go.

General FictionIt's exactly as the title sounds. I'm just doing this for fun, but I will be focusing on these characters and this family. Some rules I've kinda made for myself is that I have to already include the prompt word or a word similar to it at least once...
