Stefan, Damon and Elena all watched Amanda through a glass. She was sleeping peacefully in a hospital bed. Elena put her hand on Stefan's shoulder and he looked at her
"She's gonna be okay." Elena says. Stefan looked back at Amanda.
"Did they say how long Amanda is gonna be sleeping?" Damon says.
"No." Stefan says as he let out a sigh. "We need to find a way to wake her up." He placed both of his hands on the wall.
"How about that witch Amanda met?" Elena says. Both of the brother's looked at her.
"What witch?" Stefan says.
"Amanda went to talk to a witch that knew about Silas and Tessa." Elena says. Stefan glanced at Damon.
"How come you didn't mention any of this to me Damon?"
"It slipped my mind." Damon says.
"How is she?" Caroline says as her and Bonnie walked towards them. "Have they told you guys anything?"
"No." Elena says.
"They just said she's sleeping." Damon says.
"Are the babies okay?" Caroline says.
"Yeah." Elena says. "This doesn't make any sense at all. Amanda was fine until Tessa, Amara and Silas died."
"Do you think Tessa put a spell on her?"
"Caroline." Stefan says. Caroline looked at him.
"You girl go back to school and Stefan and I will keep you posted on Amanda's condition."
"I'm not leaving my sister." Elena says. A doctor walked towards them she smiled and then she walked into Amanda's room. Stefan walked right behind her and he closed the door
"How is she?" The doctor walked over to her.
"So far nothing happened." The doctor says as she wrote in her clipboard. "It's really up to her -"
"Is she in a coma?"
"Yeah."
"And the babies?"
"Well their heartbeats sound good."
"Can you tell me anything else?" She looked at Stefan. "Please. I need to know she's gonna be alright." She smiled
"Mr. Salvatore you're girlfriend and you're kids are-" Amanda started moving and Stefan walked over to her bedside. "I'm sure she will wake up soon." She then turned around and walked away from Stefan.

Bonnie is in Elena and Caroline's dorm room. She has a video camera in her hand.
"Hi, mom! I know we haven't seen each other or talked in awhile.... so I wanted to make you a video update. I finally finished my whirlwind summer tour, got a new do, im in college at Whitmore, where grams taught. And this is my dorm! It's huge, right? It even has a fireplace! I mean, what dorm has a fireplace?" Bonnie says through the camera. She cut her hair short and she looks really happy. The door opened and Caroline and Elena walked in. "Oh, here they are. Hey, guys! Say hi to my mom."
"Hi." Caroline and Elena say as they hid the brown bags behind their backs .
"They're planning me a welcome party. Just something low-key. I miss you. Please come vist when you get a chance. I'll, um, talk to you soon. Bye!" She kissed the screen then hung up.
"By the way mom, I'm not a witch anymore, because I died and then came back from the other side." Elena says
"Yeah, I'm this supernatural anchor that connects the two worlds together, so...." Caroline says
