The one thing I hate most about YouTube is the fact that it takes roughly four hundred and twelve years to load. Maybe it's due to the fact that my laptop is practically prehistoric, or maybe it's just the server itself. Whatever it is, it needs to start working at the speed of Usain Bolt if I want to make this damn deadline.

"New videos every Tuesday and Friday" is about to turn into every Wednesday and Saturday if we don't pick up the pace here real soon. Honestly, I have 578K people that I have to not disappoint and if that's not pressure than I don't know what is.

Maybe that was an overstatement. I bet that not all 578K people watch my videos, and I'm pretty sure that they won't care if I upload it at 12:07am on a wednesday. I know I wouldn't. I mean really, it's like seven minutes. Some people just get so worked up over deadlines and due dates and get so stressed. So what if it's a few minutes la-

So maybe I was wrong. Maybe they really do care about my upload days, more than I do I guess. I know @katiearnold16 does at least. It's the people like her that keep me motivated in everything I do. It's people like her that keep me inspired to write and create and upload. I love my audience, they're all funny as hell. They support each other and massacre the trolls like a little army and it's probably the coolest thing ever. After three years of posting covers and songs I've watched my little family grow from my best friends, Jax and Mila, and my family to people across the globe. I'm a little surprised because I'm really not that good at singing or anything, but for some reason they like to hear me belt it out in bedroom with a mic and whatever instrument I'm using that day.

I wrote my EP, Copy Me, about five months ago and ever since then our little family has grown triple the size of what it once was. Like I said, I'm still surprised. Today will be the first day that they hear one of those songs live from me. In my bedroom, of course. In front of that old mic, with my ambient electric guitar and beat track playing in the background.

Upload Completed. 'Bout time.

I click on the thumbnail staring back at me, just to make sure everything's working properly. "Hey guys, welcome back to my bedroom! So today is gonna be a little different. Instead of my usual tuesday cover, I decided that I would sing something I wrote a year or so ago. For those of you familiar with Copy Me, my EP, you should recognize this one. Here's Selfish."

I click off the link, closing my laptop and leaning back into the comfy plush cloud that is my duvet. I don't think I ever want to leave this spot. Ever. I mean, eventually I'll have to get up and go to school but that's in, like, six hours.

Six hours?!?! Why do I do this to myself?! You bet I'm gonna regret this in the morning.

I let out a groan and flip over to grab my phone, setting my alarm for the following morning. Scientifically, we should not start school until 10 a.m. because that's when our brains flip on. But here I am, yet again, setting my six o'clock alarm.

I press the button when a banner pops up on the screen.
