Me- “Angie ... You don’t get it … I know it’s a really good opportunity, but …It’s just …”
Angie- “It’s just what Katie? Please, believe me, this will change your life forever, do it, for me.”
I fought about what she said, maybe this could change my life, or even his, i decided to do it, she was really happy for me. I made dinner, we watched tv together and then i went to bed. “Katie!” “…” “Katiiiee?!” “…” “KATIE!” Angie punched me in the arm so i woke up “Owwww, damn you fucking bitch, why would you that?” I asked “oh, i don’t know, maybe because your LATE, it’s 10:00 a.m” she yelled “SHIT” i dressed as fast as i can, and i ran to my bosses office.
Me- “Mr Holmes, i’m so sorry i’m late, it’s just…”
Mr Holmes- “Katie, please seat down”
Me- “Is there a problem?”
Mr Holmes -“I’m really excited that your working for them, you know that this will be your first everything” Mr Holmes started walking around the room, what made me fell a little bit intimidated “I really count on you to do a great job Katie”
Me- “Of course I will Mr Holmes, i’m really … proud, i guess …?”
Mr Holmes- “Your work starts next week, thank you so much for accepting this work”
Me- “ I’ll make you proud Mr Holmes”
Mr Holmes- “We’ll see …”
I got back home, Angie was in her computer.
Angie- “Hey honey, how did it go?”
Me- “Great, i guess, we didn’t talk much, he just told me to do a good job and to make him proud.”
Angie- “When will you start?”
Me- “Next week”
Angie- “Well, grab your purse, we’re going to celebrate!”
Me- “Oh Angie please i…”
Angie- “Bitch, did i tell you to complain? Go get your purse, NOW”
