Chapter 4- the walk

After I walked inside I went upstairs to my room to get ready for bed. I took off my mascara and brushed my teeth. Then I went to bed with the thought of that weird boy in my head

In the morning, I woke up at 10:30 , I know I sleep late, and got ready to film a YouTube video. I do covers of songs. I guess I'm pretty good but I don't really know.

I sang the whole song and then went to eat breakfast.

HAYES POV:

I got up early today at 9:00. I ate breakfast got ready and went to shoot some hoops outside. I shot a 3 pointer and swish! it went in!!

Then I heard beautiful singing coming from the cute new girl's house.

I looked up and not to be creepy but I could see through her window. It looked like she was filming a cover. I decided to go over to properly introduce myself.

ISABELLAS POV:

When I was eating breakfast I heard a knock at the door and my mom got it.

It was the boy from yesterday.

My mom called me to the door and I introduced my self.

"Hi I'm Isabella but you can call me Bella!"

"Hey Bella, I'm Hayes. I live across the way!" He said pointing towards hi house.

By this point my mom went back to the kitchen. We just stood there awkwardly.

"Soooo..." he said.

"So.."

"Hey to you want me to show you around the neighborhood!"

"Ok!"

So I told my mom I was leaving and walked out.

I said "so where are we going on this fine day!"

" I don't know. the park, the lake, the fro-yo pl-"

"Wait fro-yo!?" I said cutting him off. " we're going!" I said taking his hand and pulling him the wrong way.

"Hey it's this way" he said.

"Oh" I said blushing.

When we got to the place I piled the yogurt in my cup and poured all of the toppings on it. I put it on the scale and got out my money from my pocket. but by the time I looked up Hayes has already put his cup on the scale and payed for both of ours.

I huffed. "Hey enjoy your FREE fro-yo!" he said.

After the fro-yo we went to the park. At the park, we sat on an bench and just got to know each other. I told him about my YouTube and how I was going to work on my own song!

"That's Awesome!" he said.

"Yeah, well what about you?" I said looking at him.

He looked at me like I had four heads.

"What?" I said.

"You don't know who I am?"

"I know your name is Hayes?!"

"I'm Hayes GRIER."

"Oh I like your last name!"

"Thanks! Oh and the reason I asked you that is because I'm Nash Griers brother."

"Ooh I thought that name sounded familiar"

"Phew! I thought you were going to freak!"

Why would I freak. no offence to hayes or his brother but I don't really like vine guys. BUT my friends beg to differ.

We decided to climb a tree. We went all the way to the top! and we just sat there looking at the sunset. It was nice.

I noticed Hayes drawing something on the branch he was siting on. I glanced over and saw:

He saw that I saw and covered it blushing. I drew on my branch a stick figure picture of us in the tree.

Hayes looked at the drawing and said" Hey I have an idea. We should name this tree our BFF tree!"

"Sure cause I can tell we'll be BFFS!!"

We got down from the tree and layed on the grass still talking. Soon my eyes became very heavy and I drifted off to sleep next to Hayes.

HAYES POV:

we talked for a while and the we looked at the stars in a comfortable silence.

I said " You know what Bella. I like you, I really do!"

I looked at her but she fell asleep. I pick her up bridal style and walked her home.

I didn't want to admit it to Nash but it was true I did have a crush on this cute girl across the way and eventually...

She will be mine!
