Chapter 29-The Locket

BELLAS POV

I knocked lightly on Hayes' door.

To my surprise he opened it... thinking it was Sky.

"What do you want Sky- oh hi Isabella." he said.

"Hi... Hayes ...um can we talk." this was way too awkward.

I pictured me coming back and everything being ok and we would kiss and catch up on everything but I guess I got my hopes up. There's a wall between us.

"Uh yeah come in." he said.

I walked in and sat on his bed. He closed the door and sat next to me.

"Hi Hayes.... I really missed you." I said hugging him.

"Me too Bella. It was horrible with out you. I just got so frustrated and blamed it on you. I'm sorry."

"It's ok Hayes." I said as I looked up into his ocean blue eyes. It's like I broke that wall down with a simple hug.

He said "I still love you Bella. I really hope you forgive me."

I thought this over but before I could think I smashed my lips into his.

"I'm guessing that's a yes." he said chuckling.

We spent hours talking about what has happened in the past 4 years. We told each other our occupations. He told me more about Gabby and I told him about Joe.

"Why did you guys break up? Did he cheat like that Brad guy?!"said hayes.

"No..."

"Then what happened?"

"I broke up with him."

"Why? he seemed cool."

"Well...I broke up with him because... I realized that I ... was still in love with you."

"Really Bella? I don't want to tear your relationship apart."

"No it's fine were friends now and I love it like that."

"Good! I want to meet him."

"Well he did invite me to his beach house in Cali."

"COOL! Were going!"

We laughed.

We talked about the future. I will be moving to LA to get an apartment and start my career but I don't know when. Hayes might do the same thing but its not planned.

We are so excited to start our career. We were going to partner up and become partners. We could write songs together and it would be fun.

Soon we decided to watch a movie.

"We have to watch our traditional movie!"

"Which one is that?"

"Tfios DUH!"

I put in the DVD and hit play.

The movie was great and even though it's years old it still gets to me.

By the time the movie was coming to an end it was 3 am. I was in tears.

"Bella, can I just say you are so beautiful."

"Haha so funny. my make up is everywhere."

"Ugh you know what I mean! Even when you cry your still as beautiful as ever."

"Thanks Hayes... I love you."

I snuggled into his chest.

"I love you peanut."
