Chapter 33-Surprise!

A YEAR LATER

It's been about a year of being married to my prince.

We had our anniversary two months ago. I won't say much but things got pretty steamy.

As you know we lived in Cali and to be completely honest, we got bored. We now live back in North Carolina.

Everyone else still lives in Cali though. It's been a hard 3 months because we used to spend every day with them. Now the only people to hang out with are my parents and the girls in my yoga class. By the way I'm quiting that because ew Yoga.

Hayes and I haven't been doing so great on the creative side so after our singles from the wedding came out we announced that we will be taking a break from Hollywood and settling down. We might even want to start a family!!

These past couple of days I have been feeling really sick. I think I have a stomach virus. Hayes is so good. Even though he still works as a producer in the day he comes home and takes care of me. I swear he gives me life.

I felt really tired so I went to bed.

MORNING

HAYES POV

I woke up to Bella puking her guts out. At least it was only 5 min before my alarm unlike last time. Anyway I held back her hair and sat there with her until she was cleaned up and better. I got ready and went to work.

Today I'm seeing this girl. She wants to be my client.

The girl walked in and I immediately thought of Bella. She looked almost exactly what Bella looked like when she was younger. The girls name was Maddie.

"Hi I'm Maddie and I'm 16!" She said.

"Hi Maddie you look very pretty what are you going to sing for us?" I replied.

"I'm going to sing a song I wrote is that ok?"

"That is perfect!"

Definitely like Bella.

"The song is called Scream."(I realize this is from High School Musical😹)

She walked into the booth and the music started playing.

First of all it was a great song and second her voice is amazing. I asked her to come in and she told me what the song is about. Her father wants her to play basket ball, her mom academics, and herself sing. She was here secretly. I signed her right then and there and started working with her. Ten minutes later I got a call from Bella.

She said, "umm... Hayes I have a surprise come home."

BELLAS POV (1 HOUR BEFORE SHE CALLED HAYES)

I went to my doctor and he said he couldn't diagnose the sickness so I would have to go to a specialist. I went.

As I was waiting in the inspection room I threw up once again. Of course to add to my embarrassment the doctor walked in during it. He asked me my symptoms. He said that it seemed like pregnancy.

It can't be I mean we haven't since...OUR ANNIVERSARY.

OMG if he's right I have been pregnant for two months!

He said I should go home and take a pregnancy test.

I left went to the store and went home. I took the pregnancy test and waited.

After the 5 min were up I walked over to the counter.

On the little screen it showed a +. That's positive which means I'm pregnant.

I called Hayes.

HAYES POV (BACK TO NORMAL TIME)

I raced home. I had no idea what was happening. Bella was crying I don't know if they were happy or sad years but I need to know.

I got home and ran into the house. Bella was sitting on the couch. She got up and kissed me. She told me to sit down so I did and I watched her go into the bathroom.

She brought out a stick thing... oh it's a pregnancy test I think. OH MY GOD!

"Your pregnant?!"

"Umm yeah SURPRISE!"

"Seriously!"

"I mean I was really scared but now I can't wait! Is this ok with you?"

"OH MY GOD YES!!" I screamed with delight. I hugged her and asked her a bunch of questions about it.

I'm so excited! I went to make lunch. When I was done I brought it to her. Through the door to her office I could hear the song she was singing. I've never heard of it before. She probably wrote it. I like it but it's so sad. It's really gloomy and it talks about loosing someone.

I knocked on the door and she said to come in I put the lunch on her desk and sat down.

"Why did you write that?" I asked.

"What?"

"That sad song about loosing someone. I'm here and I love you. You'll never loose me."

She stared at the ground trying to put together a sentence.

"I was reading online and I found out a lot of things could go wrong during pregnancy. I'm writing for the future if you loose me or we loose our little sunshine. I want to give something that will make you feel safe even though your missing something."

I just stood there baffled. Every time she goes and makes those little speeches that are so intricate I have no idea what to say. So I just stood up and hugged her. I hugged her for a long time.

"I won't let anything happen to you or our little sunshine." I laughed.

I can't wait to start a family with her. I love her.
