Chapter 16-LA

3 WEEKS LATER

HAYES POV

It's my birthday! June 8th!

I'm having some of my close friends over. I'm inviting Ryan Jake and Conner. Also I'm inviting Bella and Jazz. I became friends with her again after that day in the music room.

I really like her. She brightens up my day. We still aren't back to normal but we hang out once and a while.

At the party Ryan was being really goofy I don't know why. We decided to have cake early so we can spend all night in the pool.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR HAYES! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOOOOOUUUU!" Then Ryan smashed the cake in my face!

"WHAT THE FUD- MMM! That's goooood!" I said.

After that we jumped in the pool. We had so much fun. We played games like chicken and volleyball.

Bella won almost everything! She's so cute!

She told me her present was waiting at the park. So after everyone else left we boarded to the park.

We went to our spot. It was decorated beautifully. A blanket was set out with a wrapped box on it and candles were on the blanket. White Christmas lights were draped over us in the two love trees.

They call them love trees because the legend says that they "loved" each other so much that they intertwined their branches to hold on to each other forever.

"Wow this is beautiful." I said.

"And people say boys alway do the nice things."

"You topped anything I could've done!"

"Thanks! well why don't you open your present!"

I sat down and opened it.

It was the piece of bark that I wrote: IG+HG=❤️ on.

It was inside a picture frame

"I decided to give it to you last minute because I found out they were cutting down our BFF tree."she said sadly.

"Even though our tree may be dying our friendship will NEVER die."

She smiled and hugged me.

"I still have another present for you but I'm going to wait to give it to you."

"Ugh come on!"

"Nope it's not time yet"

We sat there talking all night. Finally we laid down and looked at the stars.

It was midnight now. I could tell she was getting tired.

"You see that star right there the bright one"she said.

"Yeah what about it?"

"It's yours."

She handed me a certificate that said that I owned that star. She named it Our Star❤️. After I was done examining the sheet I looked at Bella and she was fast asleep.

I picked her up and brought her home.

I love her.

BELLAS POV

Were leaving today!

We're going to LA.

On the plane I sat in the middle of Nash and Hayes.

Soon I will be seeing all of the guys!! I can't wait to see them! I still text G JJ and Cam. I lost touch with the others though but I'll get them back!
