Chapter 27-Graduate and Go home

ONE YEAR LATER

BELLAS POV

I GRADUATE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS!!

I'm almost done with college! After I graduate I stay here to pack for a day then I go back home to NC.

I did follow Hayes back but that doesn't mean I got involved in his life. I want when we come back to be special. We can catch up and spend a whole day together just to talk and hangout, like old times. Then we can pick up where we left off.

What if he's changed. Is he still the same Hayes I know and love? Will I still love him? Will it work out?

These are questions I can't answer.

Back to graduation. My family is flying out for it! I haven't seen them since Easter! we worked out a plan over the years. I go there for Christmas and Easter and they come here during the summer.

For Hayes sadly it was the opposite. That's why we never saw each other.

Everything comes back to Hayes.

Today I'm going out to the mall with Kayla and Sam. If your wondering Joe and I are still friends don't worry. Dylan makes me be friends with him. just kidding. or am i? 😹

At the mall we went to many stores. We all got beautiful graduation dresses.

I finally found my dress. It is light blue and it's very pretty. It has has one strap and silver jewels everywhere. It ends mid thigh.

Sams dress is coral and simple. It also is strapless but has a very wide belt. It ends short in the front and long in the back.

Kayla's dress is also beautiful like all of ours. Her dress is hot pink and it has a sweetheart neckline. It has jewels on the top and it ends mid thigh.

We love our dresses.

We also got many other outfits. We were at the mall the WHOLE day. From 12:00pm to 8:00pm!

HAYES POV

Since she followed me back I have been a different person. I know it's not that much. It's just a follow but it means that she still likes me enough to notice me. To be honest after those three years I thought she forgot about me.

I've definitely been happier but something has just been annoying me. She left me she just broke it off with me. I don't even think she was fazed about it. She just left and broke off all contacts with me. Nash misses her and so does G JJ and Cam. I missed her the most.

Why did she do that to me? It's like she knew I was going to get hurt and to make it worse for me she broke up with me. WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT!?

She really messed up. Now I'm mad. What took me so long to realize this. I could've been a lot happier with another girl. I have to think.

I walked out of my apartment and went to campus a little early for class.

Instead of going straight to class I went to my favorite spot on campus. It's a fountain surrounded by trees. It's fairly secluded so I never really see people there. So when I got there I was surprised to see a pretty girl sitting on the side of the fountain reading The Fault in Our Stars.

I sat down next to her.

"Hey Gabby. Have you read that before?"i said.

"Duh like I've read it one million times! You know me! Hi Hayes!"

We talked for awhile. I'm starting to actually like her.

After I talked with Gabby I went to class.
