Brite talked with Sun Strider for a full hour, the both of them laughing and throughout the whole thing she refused to bring up Drift. Sunny would try from time to time, but Brite just became a blushing mess.

"But seriously, I know you like-"

"Sunny, I said stooop." Brite tried to hide the smile on her face, after internally accepting her feelings it was so much harder to talk about him without freaking out. Sun Strider didn't stop this time though, she stopped walking and stared at Brite with all seriousness.

"You have to tell him."

The pink haired girl looked back at her blonde friend with disbelief.

"Are you serious?"

"Yes! Yes Brite I'm serious! You have to tell him, don't wait. I remember the outgoing you, the bubbly, bursting with energy, extroverted Brite Bomber! You can't let him case you up in a shell. Let your feelings out! Let them explode like.. booom!" Sunny made a fake explosion with her hands, although the joke was absolutely horrible Brite busted out in laughter. She was practically dying at this point, cheesy jokes were her thing, who would've known?

"Thanks for the advice but I don't think I can let my feelings 'explode.'" Brite mocked her explosion hand movements.

"You can't keep them bottled up forever. You'll lose yourself in it."

Brite sighed heavily, she was so right, but it was so much more harder than that. She nodded and smiled at Sun Strider, "I'll give it a try, it's late though so I'll catch up with you later when the 'Sun' rises." She almost snorted.

"Please no with the jokes."

"I can't help it!" Brite laughed more and after saying their goodbyes Brite was already making her way up the stairs, she shivered lightly at the cold air from the night. Her shorts and little slippers weren't helping either. Her legs felt wobbly, like jello, it took every single ounce of energy she had to get up those stairs.  She finally made it to the second floor and she knew he was in there, waiting. Brite knocked lightly and a few moments later Drift opened the door with bags under his eyes.

"Thanks for leaving my clothes on the floor."

'Oooh crap.'

Brite's face flushed with red, she was getting shy again, "Sorry about thaaat.." she tried to be calm and playful like usual, "You gonna let me in?" She narrowed her eyes at him.

"What's the password?"

Brite rolled her eyes and gave him a smile, was he really playing this game with her? "Hmm.. How about let me in right now or I'll fight you."

"Well you'll have to fight me then."

Suddenly her face got red again and Drift took notice of this immediately. He tried to hold back his laugh, she was looking at him with puffed up cheeks and a fake pouty face.

"Open sesame!"

"Incorrect."

"How am I supposed to know?" Brite crossed her arms, she was slightly surprised at his playful attitude. It made her think about the first time they met, he was extremely quiet. Drift didn't want to be her friend back then, but now here he is, playing around with her.

He shrugged.

"Drift! Let me in." She started to laugh and soon she took a step closer.

"Not without a- Hey!" Drift laughed as she tried pushing at his chest to move him out of the way. Brite may be more skilled at combat but he had more physical strength than her. She didn't give up though, she hated to lose and if it's a game he wanted to play then a game he would get.
