Amor? Música? O Ambos?

Chapter 3

Pulling up into the parking lot of WAMR-FM (107.5 Amor) I turned off the car.

"Dios mio I can't believe we are really here right now." Carmen says as she opens the door and takes in her surroundings. Stepping out of the car myself and locking up the car, I noticed many other fans waiting in line to get into the building.

"Must be very tiring to work in a radio station and having many celebrities walk through the door whenever they can." I say to her as we walk towards the line to wait with the other fans.

"Si pero it's worth it." Carmen states proudly. Once we were in line with the other fans that were waiting to meet the guys, their manger Renato comes out along with a security guard. All of the fans including Carmen screamed as soon as Renato came out. Carmen's hands had found their way onto my forearm as she started jumping on the balls of her feet.

"Bueno chicas, por favor cálmate. Los chicos están dentro y están esperando y listos para conocerte." Renato says glancing at each of the fans that were in line. His dark eyes met mine for a moment before he turned to the guard that was standing beside him. Renato nodded to something that the security had said before he walked inside.

"Bueno, chicas, sé que algunos de ustedes vinieron hoy a una audición para unirse a los chicos de la banda, sin embargo, no tendremos audiciones en este momento, ya que los chicos tienen que hacer otra entrevista." Renato says just as one of the girls stepped out of the line and walked away.

Looking over my shoulder to the back of the line, and then forward did I notice that many of the fans here just wanted to try to be in the band with them. Even though some of girls here stayed more then about half of them left.

"Since we wont have time for auditions today, you will still get the opportunity to meet the boys and take a picture with them. I do apologize that is something that has to be done quickly but they boys and I are on a very tight schedule." He says while looking at each of us.

Carmen released a breath before shaking her head and smiled. "Oh well it's better then nothing I suppose. I just wish that we could have tried out anyways." She says as her brown eyes found mine. Glancing at her I knew that she was disappointed that we couldn't audition.

In all honesty I really didn't come to audition to try to join the boys, I came to meet them and be on my way. Looking over to her I glared at her. "¿Podrías parar con eso ya? Carmen I love you and everything but enough alright." I growled at her before running a hand through my chestnut colored hair.

Tightening my fingers within my hair in frustration I turned to my best friend again. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to snap like that at you. I'm just tried of having the same conversation with you over and over." Carmen nods at me then looks ahead and doesn't say another word.

Judging with the way that she stayed quiet I can tell that she was upset. Taking a deep breath and rolling my shoulders back to relax my nerves, I looked over to Renato and the security guard that was with him before to find them already looking at me.

They both held eyes with me for a beat before Renato looked away and walked inside the building. Raising a brow in confusion I shook my head for it was most likely just my imagination playing tricks on me.

Why were Renato and security guard looking in my direction? Was it the way that I snapped at Carmen unintentionally that made them look at me? Did I do something that they thought was funny? Different thoughts were racing through my head at a mile a minute that I hadn't noticed that the line was moving up until a random girl said very rudely.

"Hey muévete, fea pieza de basura que no tenemos todo el día." Blinking back into reality and looking at her for a second then over to Carmen then at her did I see that I was holding up the line.

Quickly making my way over to Carmen's side did she finally speak. "I'm amazed that you didn't say anything to her." Her brown eyes searched my face before she holds my hand in hers. "Are you okay? You look a bit pale in the face."

"Yea I'm fine. Just huh. Just a lot on my mind is all but I'm okay." I bravely said to her before I locked eyes with the girl that I had snapped at me. "It's not worth it. Sometime you just have to ignore people like that."

Carmen followed my gaze, the girl flipped her hair over her shoulder in a sassy way then walked over to her friends. Carmen turned her attention to me again as concern came across her face as bright as day.

"¿Podrías decirme por qué demonios estaban Renato y el guardia de seguridad mirándote antes de que entráramos aquí?" She says as her concern begins to turn into worry. Shrugging my shoulders at her I really couldn't give a straight forward answer because I wasn't even sure what I would say.

Once everyone that was waiting outside and gathered inside we turned out attention to Renato again.

"Alright everyone like I had said before this will be quickly but the boys will be performing a small show here for you once everyone here has taken a photo with them." Renato says a with a smile on his face.

All of the girls screamed and jumped at the very mention of the boys being able to perform a show after they got to everyone. Just as everyone was getting into position to walk and take a picture with the boys, the back door opened and Erick was the first to walk out.

More screams came from each of the girls as Christopher, Joel,Zabdiel and finally Richard walked out and took their spots. Carmen bounces on the balls of her feet as she looks at me with glee.

"Oh my god. It's happening." Tears of joy had started to form in her eyes as she looked away from me and towards the boys. Smiling weakly at her I looked at the boys for a moment to find them smiling already with 2 girls taking a photo with them.

Glancing around the room for a moment the line had started to form again. Taking into consideration with how many fans were here for the M&G I honestly think that the boys wont have time to perform a show like Renato had said before. Grabbing Carmen's hand I walk with her to the line and wait to take a picture with the boys.

So we finally meet the boys.

Yay :)
