Tyler's POV

The crowd was loud. The fans were excited but I was nervous. Very nervous. Through all the shouting, I hear a familiar voice call from the side of the stage.

"You're gonna do great!" Y/n shouts. I look at her beautiful figure. She glints a small smile as she waves at me. I smile back nervously. But somehow, looking at her made me calmer. Her shiny eyes, her sweet, soft face, her smile, her happiness. She was everything I wanted. But sadly, we were just friends. Y/n and I met about three-four years ago. We were in fact at a museum for dinosaurs and marine life. Since that day, we've been good friends. I would say best friends but Josh might get offended.

But over the years, I had developed feelings for her. Feelings that I never thought I'd develop.

I was never one to talk about my feelings so I kept it to myself. I thought about telling Josh about it but I didn't feel comfortable just yet. We tell each other everything. But for this, I just couldn't say anything.

The show was a success and everyone enjoyed it, including y/n.

"You good?" Josh asks through his mic that the audience can not hear as he walks off the opposite side of the stage.
"Yeah, you?" I say back.
"Yeah. Y/n's happy. She enjoyed the show a lot" he states.

I walk backstage and see y/n talking to Josh.

"Tyler, that was sick. Thanks so much for letting me go backstage." She smiles as she walks over to me.

"No worries. I'm glad you enjoyed the show" she smiled and hugged me.

"Hey, after we shower and all, we should go for a walk around the city" Josh says, walking over to us.

"Yeah, sounds fun" y/n says.

12:30am

Mark, Brad, Josh, Y/n and I are currently walking down a large busy street. We are heading to McDonalds since we're hungry and they're open all night. The street was filled with cars and street lights.

Mark and Brad were walking infront, talking about random vines. Josh was floating around behind them and y/n and I were walking behind everyone.

"It is not!" Y/n whines, chuckling straight after.

"It is too! Everybody knows that everything is better with cheese" I fight back.

"Not unless you hate cheese" she says, putting a skip in her step.

"True...y/n?" I start.

"Yah?" She says, looking at me quickly then looking back.

"When we started the show, I was really nervous. Super nervous. But after You said 'you're gonna do great!' I felt calmer...I looked at you and you made me feel a lot less scared." I state, taking a few breaks between sentences.

"Aw really, Ty?" She says happily.

"Yeah. Look, I'm just going to put it out there. I think I have feelings for you. You're funny and sweet and you're not like any other girl I've met. You think like me...if that makes sense." I say in a questioning tone.

Y/n didn't say anything. She did stop walking though which made me stop. The guys kept walking ahead of us.

"Y/n?..." I say quietly, walking closer to her nervously with my hands behind my back.

She stares at me intently, a smile slowly growing which made me less nervous.

"That's really what you think about me?" She asks.

"Uh...Yeah, if you don't feel the same I totally get it. It's just that-" she cuts me off. Her lips meet mine.
Her arms wrap around my neck as she deepens the kiss. I hate to admit it but it was very cliché. Not that I didn't like it. In fact, I loved it. I've waited for this for years.

She pulls away, staring at me with a soft sweet smile, "Tyler, I feel the same" she says. I take a breath of relief and grin.

"Y/n...will you be my girlfriend?"
