As you walk into Tyler's dressing room, you see him standing solemnly.
"Hey Ty" you sigh as you plop on the couch tiredly from running around the venue to help get things sorted for tonight's show.
Tyler doesn't answer.
You pull out your phone and scroll through social media.
Tyler is still standing and looking around the room slowly.
You put your phone beside you.
"Tyler, you ok man?" You ask, watching him carefully.
You've known Tyler for years. He's your best friend in the whole world. You've seen him sad and depressed but this was different. It was a change in mood.
Tyler nods and walks over to the dressing table and sits on a chair with his legs wide open. He looks exhausted. You don't blame him. You've both been travelling across the world for nearly 5 months now; along with Josh and the amazing crew. "You sure?" You sit up properly. He stares at you. Your heart starts to drop as his eyes well up with stinging tears. You gasp the littlest bit before standing up and walking over to him. You didn't understand what was wrong but you always stood by your own words, "if you're having trouble, you can lean on me". You had said that to Tyler and Josh and pretty much everyone you've met. "Come here," you say softly and bring him into and gentle embrace. Tyler wraps his arms around your waist. He doesn't cry a whole lot but you do feel your shirt dampen a little. "I'm sorry." He mutters into my shoulder. You pull away and hold him by his shoulders, looking deeply into his eyes. "Don't be sorry, Ty" you state clearly. He shakes his head and looks down, "I'm just very nervous." He says, walking away and pacing the room with his hands behind his head. "And it's okay to nervous. This is a big show for you. But just remember, you've done this a lot. And i believe that you'll do fine." You attempt to calm him. It seems to work. He stops pacing and looks at you, "thank you y/n" he says softly.

You walk outside beside the massive stage holding cups of coffee

You walk outside beside the massive stage holding cups of coffee. It's night time, 10:30pm, and the crew members are still finishing off the stage set for Twenty One Pilots show tomorrow. You had traveled around with Twenty One Pilots for nearly 2 years. You worked on the crew and would help with setting up stage lights and all the technical sound issues. You never really had any personal connections or interactions with Tyler and Josh themselves but you have ran into them and seen them like 10 feet away while seeing them run into their tour bus, trying not to get bombarded with fans. As you walk around the corner to the sound booth, you see Tyler working on some stuff on his laptop. He had such concentration on the thing he was working on. You feel the urge to turn around and walk away but continue to walk towards the table. You hear the faint yells of crew members shouting "yep!" And "done!" As they continue to build the set (btw this is at a festival where they have to help build the set. Idk if this is a thing irl but it is now.)
You walk over to the table slowly, crunching rocks under your feet. Tyler looks up and sees you. You thought you lost his train of thought. He was so concentrated and you had no intention of disturbing him. He smiles at you as you place the coffee on the table. "Thanks for the coffee" he grins and takes a sip of his coffee. He turns and leans on the table. "It's all good" you panic. Why am I so nervous? You think to yourself. You turn around and start walking back but he stops you, "hey, why you leaving so early cutie?" He chuckles. You turn back to face him and walk over to him, your heart melting. You talk for a while and it turns out you have a lot in common. You're  glad You actually got to know one of the people You work for.
