Chapter 26

Lori's POV

"Calum?!" I asked gasping, hiding behind Kevin.

"Lori, is that you?" he asked stepping forward.

"No shit Sherlock." I said rolling my eyes. Stepping aside.

"Oh god I missed so much." he said hugging me and spinning me around.

"Can you let go of my girlfriend now." Kevin asked getting mad.

"Girlfriend?" Calum asked putting me down.

"Yeah, we have been together for about 5 months now." I said grabbing Kevin's hand.

"Well congratulations." he said stepping away.

"Hey Calum, what's taking so long?" Zayn asked

"Hey Zayn." I said

"Lori, I didn't expect you to be here." Zayn said.

"Well, I'm here." I said.

"We should probably get our good now, I'm starving." Kevin said smiling.

"Well bye!" I said quickly speed walking towards the cashier.

"Wait! Do you still live at your old house?" Calum asked.

"Yeah." he nodded walking away.

After Kevin ordered our food we went back to my place to eat. After Kevin left I just sat down thinking about everything.

A lot has happened in the past 5 months. Ashton and Jackie got engaged, Jocelyne and Bradley are a couple now, Liam has a girlfriend named Sophia, Michael, Niall, Harry, Louis, James, and Tristan also have girlfriends. Zayn is also engaged.

I'm not sure about Calum, Luke, and Connor. Jackie and Jocelyne didn't mention them.

I got out of my thoughts when I realized someone was knocking on my door. I opened the door and got tackled by everyone.

By everyone I mean One direction, 5SOS, Jackie and Jocelyne.

"Let me breath." I said. They all stepped back letting me have space.

"So what brings you here at my lovely home?" I asked. They all have me the Are you serious look and walked into my house. Alrighty then.

"I didn't know you came back to your old house." Harry said.

"Well I did, now, I'm kind of sleepy so I'm going to sleep." I said walking to my room.

"You're just going to leave us here?" Calum asked.

"Well the door is right over there, if not, you know where the blankets are." I said coldly. Ugh.

*next morning*

"Lori, wake up."

"Go away." I said

"Come on babe get up" I hear Kevin say.

"Kevin?!" I asked alarmed, now sitting up.

"Why is there so many people in your house?" He asked.

"They wanted to stay over." I said shrugging.

"Come on, I'll let you get ready and then we can go to IHOP." He said walking out my room.

I got dressed and made my way to the restroom to brush my teeth.

After that, I went to the kitchen to find everyone in an argument.

"Yo!! What's going on?!" I screamed.

"Your boyfriend is a douche bag!" Calum screamed trying to swing at Kevin, but Harry, Michael, and Luke were holding him back.

"Oh! I'm the douchebag?! Says the person who broke my girlfriend's heart!" Kevin screamed trying to punch him but he was being held back by Ashton, Liam, and Zayn.

How did that conversation happen? I'm confused. But Kevin is right, Calum is a douchebag.

You know that one saying that goes like Think before you speak. Well I should have really thought before I spoke.

"Calum, You are a douchbag, end of conversation. Leave my boyfriend alone." I said. Calum gasped and I covered my mouth realizing what I just said.

Everyone just stood there in shock at what I just said. I just took Kevin's hand and left the house.

"So....IHOP?" I asked

He just nodded and led me to his car. On our way to IHOP Kevin spoke up.

"Thanks for speaking up for me." he said shyly.

"No need to thank me." I said smiling at his cuteness.

Once we got to IHOP we took out seat staring at the menus. I took this time to also think of everything.

I was so lucky to find a guy like Kevin. Sure Calum was my first love, but Kevin, he is the one that really matters right now because I'm in love with him not Calum.

Kevin started to look pale and nervous. What's up with him?

"Kevin babe, are you alright?" I asked.

"Y-yeah I-its j-just h-hot in here." He said stuttering.

I put my menu down and gave him the I Ain't Stupid look.

"Kevin, I may be dumb but I am not retarded." I said giving him the Tell Me Now look.

"Lori, um, I, um, you know, you know that I love you right. I know it's been 5 months but during these 5 months I fell in love with you, like completely in love with you, as in if Megan Fox came in and wanted to go out with me I would say hell no and probably push her out the way because I love you, I guess what I'm trying to say is, I know that you love me too, they way you always look at me and glance at me when you think I'm not looking. Anyways, will you marry me?" he asked getting down on one knee and showing me the most beautiful ring.

Everyone around us awed and waiting for me to answer and right now a lot of thoughts came to my head. My future, and in the back of my mind, Calum was there.

"Kevin that's is so lovely and I know you love me........"
