Peter groaned as rustling could be heard, cracking an eye opened he noticed his three teammates, each in their respective Beacon uniforms, standing there waiting for him.
"So the beast awakens, good morning sleepy head, thought you were never going to wake up." Terry said as Peter sat up, his hair a beautiful rats nest.
"Nice hair Parker, c'mon, class starts in 15 minutes. Go get showered, breakfast is waiting for you." Fawna replied.
"Alright, I'm going." Peter said as he stood up, he yawned before smacking his lips and made his way to the teams bathroom to freshen up. 5 minutes later, he emerged, clean and ready for the day as the four walked out and headed for their first class.
"Right so, we have Mr. Ports Grimm studies first thing then Professor Peach..." Aaron said listing off the schedule as they entered Ports class, the teacher had grey hair and a mustache that seemed to hide his mouth. He wore a red and yellow lining outfit similar to the student's uniforms. Above him was a plaque that showed off a mixture of a two bladed axe and a musket. Surprised, he took his seat next behind his teammates as teams RWBY and JNPR rushed through the door.
"Ah, teams RWBY and JNPR, perhaps you would like to show up early like team RAIN here?" Port asked as the two teams lowered their heads in embarrassment.
"I'll let you off the hook for now, but please, try to arrive early next time." Port finished.
"Yes Professor Port." Jaune and Ruby said as they took their seats. Ruby sat next to Peter as the rest of her team took seats near JNPR and the rest of RAIN's teams as Professor Port began to ramble on about one of his stories. Everyone else began to either pass out or do something to pass the time, but Peter remained attentive, learning about this new world and how it worked. It was completely different to how he was used to. The Grimm replaces the everyday dangers of the world, though humanity was still as troublesome as ever. He learned a lot about the Grimm from Professor Port, but he also realized why he was considered the boring teacher, he glanced over to see Terry and Yang leaning on each other snoring away, Ruby was busy doodling as everyone else were irritated from her stunt (Only Weiss was).
"Now then, which one among you thinks you have what it takes to be a Hunstmen?" Port asked with enthusiasm. Weiss was about to speak up before Peter raised his hand.
"Ah, Mr. Parker. Would you like to prove your mettle?" He said, earning an angry glare from the heiress.
"Sure." He replied simply. Peter left to the locker room as he changed into his normal combat clothes.
"Come on, I've faced skrulls, vampires, and titans. A Grimm is not so different, even if killing it is supposed to keep me and these people safe...right?" He asked himself. He turned to see an outline of a person standing in front of him.
"I thought the same before, but in our world, that is what we must do to survive because the gods have grown weary of us." The outline spoke, causing Peter to stumble back a bit.
"What the?" He said staring at the outline.
"In this world, you must forget your morals, here it's kill or be killed with the Grimm. I've gotta go, I can't keep thi-" The outline said before disappearing in a flutter of white with a hint of silver. Peter stared at the spot before leaning on the locker as he took a few breaths.
"I don't feel so good." He said before shaking his head as he walked out back to the classroom as Professor Port stood near a cage that held a terrifying beast that shook it's metal box.
