Chapter 4 (Part 2)

Maddie's P.O.V.

I saw Kayliegh and Niall walk off in to the kitchen. I hoped that maybe she would say something to Niall about me. Eleanor and Danielle sat down on the carpet in front of me. We started talking about what we would do while the boys were on tour. 

"Hey, can someone help me get the food out of the fridge?", Harry asked.

I stood up, "I will.", and started walking towards him. he looked shocked but shrugged it off. "Wow, I'm surprised your the one that volunteered."

I smiled at him, "I'm making an effort to try and be nice, but don't expect it all the time Styles.", I said laughing. We walked into the kitchen and we both stopped short. "Oh my God", I screamed.

"What the hell is going on?", Harry shouted. Kayliegh and Niall both looked at us embarassment ran across both of their faces. She looked at me and shook her head. "It's not what it looks like", Kayliegh said walking towards me. I just shook my head. "I thought I could trust you, but your just a whore aren't you", I spat. I saw the hurt run across her face. "Go rot in hell", I said before running out.

I could hear all three of them fighting when I ran out. I ran through the living room and out the door. "Maddie", I heard Dani and El scream at me, but I didn't care I wasn't about to go back into that house. I had no idea where I was going but I didn't care i just wanted to get away from everything.

Niall's P.O.V.

"Look Kayliegh, I don't know how to say this so I'm just going to say it. I love you. I have from the moment I met you, but when you and Harry started dating i didn't want to break you two up. Then when you left I told myself I wouldn't see you again and I thought I had gotten over you, but seeing you back here brings up all these old feelings I have for you and I just wanted you to know." 

After I finished i looked at her. She looked quite surprised. She opened her mouth to say something, but i wouldn't let her. I crashed my lips into hers and to my surprise she began to kiss back, but then she tried to push away. It was to late. Harry and Maddie had both walked in. 

"It's not what it looked like", Kayliegh said. I looked at her, was kissing me that bad that she had to lie about it. 

"I thought I could trust you", Maddie shouted, "but your just a whore aren't you. Go rot in hell." Then she ran out of the room.

 I couldn't believe what had happened. Kayliegh and Maddie almost never fought unless it was something serious. I looked over at Harry, and man did he look pissed. "I can't believe you Niall. I thought you were my friend and this is what you do to me. And you", he shouted pointing at Kayliegh, "you were so heartbroken when I cheated on you so you thought it was smart to do the same thing." 

"Don't you dare compare what just happened with what you did. At least I didn't tell someone I love them then go sleep with someone else. At least I didn't lie to you", Kayliegh shouted back.

"Fuck you both! I want you out of my flat and I never want to see you again. Niall the only time I wanna see you is if it pertains to the band. Other than that I don't want to see your faces again." Harry shot back.

I just stared at him. "Harry you can't be serious. It's not like you two were dating or anything. Don't do this."

"Out, now", he said, and walked out of the kitchen. Kayliegh and I just walked out quietly.

"I have to go find Maddie", she said. 

"I'll come with"

"No, I need to go by myself", and then she ran off.

Kayliegh's P.O.V.

 I could't believe what had just happened. Niall Horan had just kissed me. My best friend just kissed me. What makes it worse is that I actually kissed him back. His lips were so soft and tasted so sweet. 

No, stop thinking like that, I told myself. Maddie is in love with Niall and I am in love with Harry. But am I really in love with him, I ask myself. Niall has always had a place in my heart, has that place gotten bigger.

I walked past the coffee shop that was near Zayn's flat and saw Maddie in the window. I walked in and sat down at the table with her. 

"Hey", I said. she just glared at me. "Look, you need to listen to me. Everything that happened in there was an accident. Niall kissed me."

"Did you kiss him back?", she asked. I looked down at my hands. "A little yes, but then I realized it was wrong and I tried to push him off, and that's when you and Harry walked in. I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm sorry.", I told her looking in her eyes. 

"Do you honestly think that you can come to me and apologize and everything will be okay? Well news flash sweetie, it doesn't work like that. You may be used to getting everything you want, but not this time bitch. You may be my sister, but for now I can't stand to think of you as family. Oh and by the way, look for a flat on your own I'm staying with Eleanor and Danielle. No way in hell would I ever live with you. Not after this." She got up and walked away. I sat there and stared at her. I was shocked she even said those things to me. I understand she would be mad, but I didn't think she would be this mad.

As I was walking back to my hotel it started pouring. I would have went to El's and Dani's, but not with Maddie over there. So I was stuck walking the 7 blocks to the hotel. When I finally got back I was soaked I went into the bathroom and took a long hot shower. The warm water felt great against my cold skin. It also helped me relax a little. After my shower I got in my bed and covered up. I couldn't believe what had happened today. One after another things just fell apart. I couldn't handle it anymore.

I could feel the tears streaming down my face. Harry popped into my mind, everything we have been through. He saved my life, he got me to fall in love with him again, the things we had been through before our first break-up. He almost knew me better than I knew myself. When I saw his face in the kitchen he looked heart-broken. I couldn't stand to know that I had hurt him like that. I would have to try and starighten things out with him tomorrow. I needed to talk to Maddie to, but that was a whole other story.

I finally fell asleep listening to the rain hit the window. I don't know how long I had been asleep before my phone started to ring. I woke up and answered it.

"Hello", I answered in a sleppy voice.

"Hey, Kayliegh it's Dani, I have some bad news.", I heard Dani say.

"I gripped the phone tighter, "What is it?" I asked in a weak voice.

"I don't know how to tell you this", she sighed, "but Maddie's in the hospital."

"What?", I screamed. I dropped the phone, grabbed my purse, and ran out the door. I didn't care that I was still wearing my pajamas. I got a taxi, which was actually kinda hard at this time, and had him take me to the hospital. I payed the driver and took off.

When I got inside I ran straight to the information desk "Maddie Klitz", I said. the receptionist pointed me to her room. I saw everyone sitting around in the waiting room. They all had been crying. "What happened", I asked.

Zayn stood up and walked over to me, "I'm so sorry", he said. I just stared at him.
