Chapter 9 "let me help"

Emma's POV

(they took her back to the place they Called CaliMos, I just wanted her to be okay.. I thought I would never see her again. I started out the window giving a breath out of my thoughts. Narix was right she did take care of some what of this problem but these people want to survive. Grace stole from them and I would have to.. the only think is they have to keep Grace.. they said they wouldn't give a prisoner back.
Alec walks in with his fair face held high. Hm how thoughtful just to make me feel even worse. I closed my eyes and turned to him.)
Alec- are you alright?
Emma- that's a stupid question.
Alec- I'm just seeing if your alright I know your worrying about Grace but yourself..
Emma- I'm not okay, I'm never okay.
Alec- Do you need anything?
Emma- I just wanna be alone..
Alec- Okay, well if you need something I'll be in my room..
Emma- right.
(He left the room and I watched the snow slow down. I couldn't even begin to talk about what happened with him.. I just wanted to say something to him. I can't even talk to him. I don't want to.. he's got me tongue tied. I wish I had something more..
I fell on my bed and curled up in a ball. Why can't everything just go back to normal..

I felt a rush of tears come down my face.. I wanna go home.. I want my mom my friends.. I just wanna be safe..
The door opens and Alec's standing right there giving me a sigh. "I know your not okay" I get up in run into his arms. You know I feel safe.
I didn't need to worry when I was with him. But out there I'm no where safe.
He hugs me back and shuts the door, I can't even stop hugging him. )
Alec- how could you just lie about your sadness?
Emma- it's not that hard to see believe it or Not.
Alec- don't lie to me again.
Emma- I hate you..
Alec- I hate you to Emma.
(that whole hour was us just being quiet and doing nothing. We decided to make a plan to get Grace back but with a cost of no one's help was hard. We had no weapons, no food, nothing. We were starving. Ace could go hungry he just wanted to eat all the time. I managed to snuggle some berries into the house but there wasn't enough for all of us. If we went hungry that means we will die. And so will grace, I won't give up on you grace.)

Grace POV

(I could feel every bone in my body start to shake. I just wanted to go home. We came to a bridge it was very long and at the end there were some doors. The men stopped and what seemed to be the main guard put in a number at the door frame. He got on his horse and we started to move again. I was scared from what was about to happen.
There was a old building behind the gates kinda looked like a castle but different. I rubbed my eyes and made sure that was what I was seeing, Sure enough it was. I grabbed on to my chains and tried to pull them off there latches. One of the guards hit me with there long stick. These sticks were very sharp they had tiny thorns on the end of them and it hurt because I could never get them out.
We stopped once more and the guards got off there horses, what made me afraid, is that there are maids here. Was I going to be one of them?
They grabbed my chain and I slipped back. "come on you rat!" he said grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the cage. I didn't wanna go no where else but home. My first thought was oh my god I'm going to die.
There was something disturbing about this guard he had a shaped like crown on his head. Was he some what a Prince? The men opened the door with pleasure for the man who was holding me. As we went in side the the slightly ugly castle was no more then gorgeous. The shimmering lights, the paintings, then stairs were even colorful.
Prince Ethan- Pretty isn't it?
Was he talking to me..?
Grace- m-me...?
Prince Ethan- yes you, don't you ever listen. Your here for a reason. You shall not go past the walls. And you must obey the king.
Grace- King..?
Prince Ethan- My father. He is greatly impressed by what you did. We will not let you leave. We will not let you see your friends. If your friends come here then you will be hanged. Is that clear?
Grace- very clear..
Prince Ethan- don't be such a bored love, you needA meet my father .
Grace- I wouldn't be such a bored if I was not here!
Prince Ethan- yelling at a Prince? You have no shame.
Grace- you all have done nothing but broken many laws. And I just wanna go home.
Prince Ethan- listen to me. You will not speak to me nor the king like that.
Grace- id rather die then speak to any of you!
(he grips my arm tightly and his face gets red. )
Prince Ethan- Boys, take her to The Underground. maybe she'll learn something there.
(They grabbed my arm forcing me to go down a long hallway. I tried to wiggle my way out of there grip but it was to stronger. It's like these men were what attacked me and Emma. I looked up and sure enough there were no human faces. They had teeth  sharp teeth, pointy ears, scars which I could see. They were different.
What ever this is I must find away out of it..)

(The boys went down a long flight of stairs with no windows, I saw a set of bars and I knew I'd be spending a night on the floor. They threw me in the room and quickly shut the bar doors and locked them. I looked at my hands and said nothing. One guard came up to my cell and I looked at him with fear.)
Guard- Take your clothes off my lady.
Grace- have you no shame?
Guard- take them off.
(he hit the bars and I felt my hand go up to my shirt.)
Guard- ahh yes. Do as I say.
(as if I thought I'd get any better. He got up from his seat and unlocked my door. I stepped back again the wall thinking yeah this wall will help me. He shut the door behind him locking it from the other side. )
Guard- you take to long.
Grace- please dont..
Guard - shh.. I just wanna taste of you.
(he grabs my waist and his other hand went down my pants. He smirked at me and I felt my heart drop. He took his hand out and slowly I stood there in fear. "take them off" he said pulling his jeans down.)
Grace- you don't wanna do this..
Guard- shut up! Take off your clothes!
(I pulled down my pants and felt a shiver go down my spine. )
Guard- that's more like it..
Grace- why are you doing this ! Just let me go!
(he grabs me and turns me around forcing me to bend over. "stop" I felt his breath go on my back. 5 seconds later I was on the floor screaming for help. I felt every bone in my body turn around. He pinned me to the ground getting his pleasure that he needed. I pushed and shoved, I hit and screamed. Nothing worked.. I could feel my self trying to fight back but I couldn't. I layed there crying. I didn't want this.. I prayed for someone, something to help me..)
Man- Stop!
(in the other room be side me there was a man, he screamed for him to stop. He begged for him to stop. I couldn't see his face it was like it was cover up in a mask.)
Guard- shut up Merlin !
Merlin- let her go iveoc
(he gets of me and I lay helpless on the floor. He walks out the door and down the hall way fixing himself.. I couldn't move. I didn't want to move.. The man left that's all that mattered)
Merlin- are you alright..?
Grace- I'm fine..
Merlin- your bleeding..here let me help you..
(suddenly a flash of light was made in my room. And the boy was in my room.
Grace- how did you do that..
Merlin- when this happened.. The sickness? Well my mother and father were killed by those things out there. You see this place is not a happy place. It is just a hell hole. They soon will give you the sickness.. But what they don't know is that I already have it..
Grace- you have it..
Merlin- don't worry it doesn't spread.
Grace- if it's so bad of a sickness then why are you helping me..?
Merlin- my father once said good powers always come to good things. I feel that this sickness is just a lie. Something about it makes me feel better then my self.
My father was killed by those things and I couldn't bare to watch them get eaten. So I ran hear they didn't like me one bit because they call you and I outsiders. Did you notice that guard was a lot stronger? He is a beast. It does not matter what you say when you say it. The guard will still do what he wants. When I called him iveco that's something that a guard understands. Before this whole thing happened these people were normal now they want everything for them selves.
Grace- what are your powers..?
Merlin- they are not really powers but what I just did is one and watch this..
(The boy picks up a rock and breaks up into 2, I'm amazed at what I see..)
Grace- why are you hiding this! If you can go through walls why are you still here?
Merlin- the bars are enchanted. There is a is a witch I guess you can say here. And she is somewhat a strong witch. This may seem like a old fairy tail and you don't believe me. But the world is slowly going to turn into just darkness. If we don't get out of what we are in we will turn into ashes. Everything is going to go back to Black. Nothing but that. I fear that everything will just be different and there will be a war that we can't fight.
Grace- how do you know all of this?
Merlin- it's been 2 and half weeks since this sickness as came down. These creatures have taken lives and made there own warriors.
Grace- what is your name..?
Merlin- Merlin.
Grace- I'm Grace.
Merlin- nice to meet you Grace.
Grace- will we ever get out of here?
Merlin- I think so..
Grace- you should go back to your cell.
Merlin- they know I have these powers that's why they put me in here. So no need.  That's if you want me to.
Grace- you can stay. I just don't wanna get hurt..
(he looks at me with a sigh and pulls out a necklace.)
Merlin- this will help you heal. My mother gave it to me if I ever got hurt.
Grace- Thank you..
(I put on the necklace and smile)
Grace- its very pretty.
Merlin- your welcome, but I must go back to my cell.. I can not stay here and let you get hurt for the most.
Grace- what do you mean..?
(he puts his hand on the wall and my eyes held high..)
