Alecs POV

(the road was long and straight, i drove the truck and watched the lines on the road. yellow, yellow, yellow. thats all i saw on the lines. Narix and Ace were in the back eating a jar of pudding, i smiled and put my hand on Emmas hand. )

Emma- this is good.

Alec- what is, were in a war with things that cant be stopped.

Emma- just us, this is good.

alec- this is good because were trying.

Emma- and thats good.

(i laugh and keep my eyes on the road. does she always look so happy. i wonder what she was before this happened, if we didnt meet.. i doze off and keep looking forward thinking of her and me in the future.)

FUTURE

alec- emma where are you? its your shift to run with the kids.

Emma- im in the backyard you duff.

alec- duff? is that a new word?

Emma- it is. its a word for a asshole and the best person ive ever met.

Alec- really now, i think i wanna hear that again.

Emma- Duff.

(sounds of laughter and her smile was the best thing i wanted to here and see. i guess there is hope for some things? maybe not.. )

REALITY

(she pulls my arm to her and i snap out of my daze)

Emma- alec are you okay?

Alec- yeah, im just fine. just a little stare off no worries.

(i turn back to the road and give a slight big huff. i hope that future happens.. or im going to lose it. i pushes my seat back and look at her as she looks out the window. so beautiful i tell myself as im driving. i wish she knew the real reason of why im here..)

BEFORE THE BEGINNING (emma POV)

Emma- i dont know where she is Carol, Grace is just one of those girls you cant ever see.

Carol- well if she turns up let me know, she stole my dress that one! she wore it to the party.

Emma- ill let you know i promise. now i have to go okay? cya later!

ALecs POV (during crash)

alec- kodak.. are you okay..

Kodak- i think i broke my leg.. please just leave me go find mom.

Alec- no i have to get you out of here.

Kodak- come on leave me, go find mom..

(i look at him with disgust and try to pull him out with my greatest force.) I'm not leaving you Kodak your the only thing I can look up too, I can't take care of mom by myself!
Kodak- brother just leave me.. the car is gonna blow if you don't get out of here you won't have a life to live. My time with living is up.. I must go now.
(He lifted his hand up and put it on my shoulder. I started to cry and lift my self up with force. )
Alec- I'm sorry Kodak..
(I walk away with tears down my face. I heard the car blow up and I didn't look back. I saw pieces fly beside me as I walked away and heard him scream in pain. )

GRACE POV IN THE BEGINNING

Grace- gosh look at you Jeremiah..
Jeremiah- why don't we take it up to my room I'm sure I have a mirror up there.
Grace- I- I don't know..
(I hear a loud scream come from the other side of the house. )
Grace- what was that..
Jeremiah- shh.. it's nothing..
(I felt his hand go down my stomach to my private. I got the chills and squeezed onto his shirt.)
Jeremiah- see nothin-
(He couldn't even finish his sentence before a man tackled him, he started to rip his skin off piece by piece. i push my self up and run out of the room. help me god i say us i run down the stairs. im so close to the door till i hear someone call my name. it was jeremiah and he was chasing after me as blood drips down his chin. i start to run faster as he runs after me. the only thing i could think about is what i should do.. i thought about what would happen if i just stopped running, but my heart gave in and i ran to the car. i unlocked it and hurried inside as jeremiah yelled for me. i watch the place go in flames, and people running across the road as i road down to the dorms. i hope emma is okay..)

REALITY Alecs POV

(what the fuck was that.. i think i just saw the past.. theres no way i could do that. )

Alec- what the fuck..

Emma- you just zoned out..

Alec- i saw Grace..

Emma- what??

Alec- i just saw what happened to grace, she was with a guy at a party, and a man attacked the guy she was with. she ran out of the house and head straight towards the dorm you were in. and i even saw what you were doing. you called someone.

Emma- how did you do that, i never told you anything..

Alec- im not bite

Emma- i was in a apartment wasnt i?

Alec- you were.

Emma- something is wrong with your mind..

Alec- dont tell anyone..

Emma- i wont. just promise me something, if your bit then you have to tell me okay?

Alec- i prmise you im not.

FUTURE

(i felt her skin against mine as we layed on the grass. her breath compelled onto my chest, as i brushed her hair with my hand. her eyes closed and and mine looking up at the sky. "run run" as i sang to the wind. "run Run" i said over and over. she opened her eyes and sang with me. "darlin we had it all" she said giving me a slight grin." you gave me chills down my spine yes you did."she kept grinning at me and pulled me closer.

Alec- you should be sleeping.

Emma- well thats what i was doing until i heard you sing.

Alec- you cant always sing with me.

(it was like my dream was real.. i felt her touch and her sound of voice. is this the future...?)
