Chapter 21 "find him"

Alec POV

( have you ever wondered how you would survive in the world like this? If the world is really surviving what will happen in the end, when is the end? Or is right now just the beginning of something new. Emma says that good things are coming our way. I think she's just giving up and say good things to keep her stronger. We all have been staying in different places, barns, abandoned houses, buildings. Well have a home in a place we don't know of. All my hope goes to finding my brother, I know he's alive, He's somewhere out there. I wouldn't get those visions for nothing. Sitting in the back of the car waiting for answers I wait and wait for a sign.
To think nothing would happen I close my eyes, giving notice I try to swallow the guilt and sadness down my throat. All I could think about was the rain falling down on the top of the truck. Pitter patter the rain made the noise of a car wash. I keep my eyes closed and give my ears to the sound. Pitter patter, the rain goes. I feel my head start to lose the sound of the rain and my eyes tighten. Drifting off to a sleep.
I try to stay awake but nothing helped. I hear the sound of a girl screaming and run throw the woods to see who it was. I kept running and running as I heard her scream. "Please help me!" She shouted as I fell down and scraped my hand. Finally the girls screamed came to an end. I saw nothing but the trees, I heard nothing but the sound of something dripping. Suddenly I felt the dripping on my cheek. I look up slowly and there she was her eyes wide open with blood dripping down her face. A man right beside her was giving that evil grin. I knew one thing was gonna happen. "What are you doing!! Let her go" I shouted with a deceiving look on my face. I didn't know who the girl was from what I could see. All I could see was how her eyes looked and how scared she was. I step into the light and my mind turned upside down. It was the Outsider.

i back up slowly and my mouth drops. how is this possible, she is turning into them. into a terrible thing. i rush my self backwards and fall to the ground. the man grabs her neck and pulls her to his mouth making his teeth show. i couldnt speak, i got up and ran to home, as in home it was no where.

the possibility to just look at someone i loved was to hard to think about, as i keep running off from the monster i saw i heard a faint voice come off from the distance. i look behind me and i heard it again. "Alec.." the voice i could barely hear, i keep walking forward and i turn my face to front. boom just then a girl was standing in front of me. " please wake up.." "wake up i said grabbing my stomach..)

Reality

Emma- wake up Alec.

Alec- why.. why whats wrong?? are you hurt??

Emma- what are you talking about..?

Alec- you were hurt..

Emma- you were dreaming im right here Alec, here see im talking to you.

(i feel her pom on my face giving the fact that she was quite scared to see me like this i tended to stay calm and smile grabbing her hand and kiss it softly. the dream i had was not just a dream, it felt so real, like she was actually dying. i need to know if she will get hurt or even in pain. what if she ends up getting hurt and im not there to save her life, what if someone like River, someone we dont know hurts her. this is reality, something that we have to live with and fight for. i will not back down from a fight and lose all hope that have for the future. she is the one i must protect. it is something that i have to promise and it is my Duty to be with this girl. 
my confidence is high.. but i know that all this is just reality.. maybe just maybe that dream was a scare and a bad dream. has to be a bad dream. As i look into her eyes i see the future of something i want something that will make not only me, but Grace smile, she will be just as proud as i will be. This Girl will be the future of something that can make us all GOOD. My promise will stand with all the tears, smiles, and laughter i have made. i look at her with everything i have and looking at her makes me think what i was back then made me feel.. GOOD. it made me feel like im more then just Alec. i smile and see her give a slight smile back, when i look at her a flash of light sparkles in her eye. that sparkle bad me think there is light in a small little girl who had o one but a best friend, a dorm that was dirty and needed a new owner, a girl with a family that rushed its self. A girl that need friends and got the best she could ever get. i know one thing i could honestly ask for out of her.. i hope to see her in every dream ill ever have..)

NORTH 7:38 Friday JAnuary 2nd

Is alec gonna have a good dream?
