"So is Romeo and Juliet like High School Musical or what?"

For the sixth time in fifteen minutes, Chaejin let out another sigh. Three days after the whole fiasco in the cafeteria, the drama club had finally distributed tickets to be sold among the members. Now, at five in the afternoon, Chaejin was currently sitting with Sehun in their living room, trying to coerce him into buying one of the tickets to the show.

Evidently, she wasn't having much luck.

"It's a Shakespearian play and it has no singing," Chaejin repeated, waving the ticket she had in her hand around frantically. "Come watch it, maybe you'll finally develop a brain afterwards."

Sehun frowned at her. "You're amazing at flattery," he said sarcastically, folding his arms. "I still think family members should get tickets for free."

"And I already told you that isn't possible because all the money goes towards funds for the drama club," Chaejin replied, frustration clear in her voice. If she had to sit there for a minute more bickering with him, she'd probably start tearing out her hair... or maybe even Sehun's.

When her step-brother only sat there, arms folded and still expecting to get the ticket for the small price of free, Chaejin groaned. "Just buy the ticket! I have one for mom and dad and Chanyeol, and I already sold one to Haneul, so it's not like–"

"Fine," he finally replied, suddenly extending his hand towards her, palm up. "Gimme the stupid ticket and I'll pay you later."

At that, Chaejin snorted. "I'm not an idiot, Sehun, you need to pay first."

The boy only frowned at her. "I don't have any cash on me right now, Chae, just hand it over."

"Not a chance," Chaejin said, quickly moving the ticket out of his reach as he made a grab for it.

"Do you want me to come or not?"

"Of course I do," Chaejin replied just as he made another grab for the ticket, this time managing to actually get ahold of it. "You just have to pay, first."

"I will!" he said, trying to tug the flimsy piece of paper out of her hand. At that point, Chaejin raised her foot and placed it on his stomach, trying to use it to push him away while firmly gripping the ticket.

"No you won't!" Chaejin exclaimed, just as Sehun gave one last pull on the ticket...

...which ripped it in half.

Hearing the sudden sound of paper tearing, the two of them froze, looking from the now slaughtered ticket to each other, and then back at the ticket.
