"Mom you'll never understand!" I yell as we were in another argument about Luke. "Can't you see he's not good for you!" She yells back causing my blood to boil. "I could say the same thing about dad." I spat causing her to gasp. Next thing I knew was a sharp sting over took my cheek.
My own mother hit me.
She looks at me scared and apologetic. "Ali- sweetie I'm- I'm so-" she begins to apologize. "Zip it, I'm out of here." And with that I left. I never came back. I moved out at sixteen. The only place I had to go was with Luke , I would move in with him in the mean time while I find and apartment.
